Renee Good's family sues Trump administration over fatal Minneapolis shooting

In her case, it's more like Pro tip: Once you're stopped by the cops don't try to run. It will end badly for you.
If she was past that cop when she was shot, or if she was clearly just driving past him and wasn't going to hit him, then it would have been murder.

But she was accelerating her car towards him when she got shot. Her car hit him. There is no denying that she was driving her car into a cop when she got shot, and that is the ONLY reason she got shot.

It's right out of the textbook.

It must make sense to you because you are in a cult.
You just keep on saying the same blatantly false/stupid things because you are in a cult, Li'l Dick.

Everything that you are saying is stupid and wrong, and anyone else with the ability to spell 6-letter words would have realized it by now, but you haven't, and it's only because you have a cultist's mind, meaning that your beliefs are unaffected by facts and logic.
Lawsuits against members of an administration are not against the President.
You just moved the goalposts, dummy.

The thread title says that it's "the Trump administration" that's being sued, and now you are saying that "only some individual members of the Trump administration are being sued", and FYI THOSE ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT THINGS.

Do you understand that there is a big difference between:
  1. the Trump administration, and
  2. only some individual members of the Trump administration?
It was a leftard that wrote the thread title, dummy. So it was one of you guys that put the wrong info in the thread title, and now you want to blame other people for taking you guys at your word you stupid little cultist.
Unless you are admitting that Trump is responsible in the way the administration denies he is.
No one is responsible for Renee Good's death except for Renee Good.

She chose to spend her day harassing LEO's. Trump's administration didn't make her act like that.
She drove her car into a LEO. Trump's administration didn't have their foot on the gas, or their hands or the steering wheel, and they didn't make her act like that.
She was legally shot for being a violent twat.

She wasn't shot because of any new immigration laws or means of enforcement, she was shot because she was a stupid bitch doing stupid bitch things that put an LEO's life in jeopardy.

If any gov't officials share any blame, look to the ones who were encouraging her to go out there and have dangerous interactions with LEO's who were conducting actual law enforcement work.

For some reason, Becca Good, Renee's wife, thought it was all some kind of a lark, and ICE agents just had rubber bullets because they were only dealing with the Democrat clown army that was harassing them, when ICE agents were actually busy trying to do their dangerous jobs that day:

Honestly, the people that convinced the Goods that what they were doing was legitimate and completely safe are the only ones to share any blame at all. Everyone else was just trying to do their j-o-b, including the Trump Administration. It's not their job to bubble-wrap Renee, or to nerf the whole country to keep that dumb little harpy safe, they have dangerous jobs and they just keep moving fwd, every day.

And just remember this: if that was a black woman at a BLM rally that was hit by a car that was driven by a cop, or if it was a hispanic woman hit by an ICE agent at a Dem-led protest, you retards would be wigging out about the responsibility borne by the driver. But because it's the other way around you act like the "being run into with a car" aspect of the story is of no importance. You even like to pretend that it doesn't matter.

IOW, you are ignoring the key aspects of this story that were truly consequential in this tragedy and looking to place blame 2,000 km away, and that's just stupid.

You're a fuckin' child, Li'l Dickie. No reasonable explanation will work on you because... you - are - a - cultist - dolt.

They told her to move her vehicle.
The officer violated his training by putting himself in front of the vehicle. She was clearly NOT trying to hit him as she was turning away.

He was NOT in danger when he fired the fatal shot from the side of the vehicle.

The officer at her driver's side window walks up to the vehicle. He says something to her, then tries to open the driver's side door. You hear her shouting "NO!" and then she drives away at high acceleration. The officer in front of the vehicle fires on it. She grazed him with the vehicle. We know that from the medical records where the officer received treatment for being hit.

As I stated. The officers were detaining her and wanted her to exit the vehicle. She refused, panicked when they tried to force her to exit, and started to drive away as fast as she could.

Her childish fun and games with the ICE officers took on a serious, adult, tone and she suddenly didn't want to play that game anymore. She is totally at fault here. It is a FAFO situation for her and she paid the price for her stupidity.

Yeah. The bullet through the front window puts the shooting at "the time of imminent danger", not, "after the danger had passed".

Nice source,,, If you had bothered to take a minute or two to look before you jumped you would have learned video analysis proves the car was turning away from, not toward, the agent.

Assuming that background is factual, a professional or any rational person would have allowed her to drive off in lieu of executing her; they knew who she was. But this was ICE. Moreover, the video analysis found no basis for claiming the agent was hit or “grazed” by the car.

Here's a case of someone who's an amateur weighing in on something they know nothing about. The officer at the door had grabbed the handle. The officer in front of the car has just a second or less to make a decision on a course of action. And now we have Martin second guessing the officers while armchair quarterbacking their moves.

She caused the situation. That is a 100% fact. She decided to fuck with the ICE officers. That was her decision, and hers alone. When the officers went to detain, and possibly arrest, her, she panicked and as a result of attempting felony flight got shot and killed. No one but Renee Goode is to blame for this.

53 seconds in, you can see that the officer was clearly struck by the car.

A bullet went through Good's windshield.

It was a completely legitimate shooting. Of that there is zero doubt.

It seems you don't understand that the Trump administration includes members of the administration but doesn't have to include all members of the administration. This is simple set theory which you seem unable to understand. Is it because you are in a cult?

The LEO was no longer in danger when he shot Good. No one else was in danger when he shot her.

The officer at her driver's side window walks up to the vehicle. He says something to her, then tries to open the driver's side door. You hear her shouting "NO!" and then she drives away at high acceleration. The officer in front of the vehicle fires on it.
He is not in front of the vehicle when he fires. Look at the hole in the windshield and tell us what magic bullet was fired from in front of the car and hit her in the right breast. It is impossible for that to have happened as you claim. Once again, you simply make shit up instead of looking at the actual evidence.
She grazed him with the vehicle. We know that from the medical records where the officer received treatment for being hit.
What medical records? I look forward to you providing evidence of these records. He was not treated at a hospital that I know of. He went to the Whipple building. ICE claimed he suffered from internal bleeding which could be nothing more than a bruise.

Not a death penalty offense.

It seems you don't want the facts to be weighed by a jury. Why is that? She may be partially at fault but the officers are not blameless. In fact they may be guilty of murder.

We're all "second guessing" in our own way. That is what this kind of argument is. You do yourself no favor with yours.

Look at the thread title, stupid. It says:
  • Renee Good's family sues Trump administration

Does that sound like 1) "the Trump administration" to you, or 2) "a few individual members of the Trump administration"?

Simple answer, either 1 or 2, give it your best shot. Even a retarded kindergarten student has a 50/50 there, but I'm gonna go ahead and guess that you have way less than a 50% chance to get it right, because you're a cultist.
The LEO was no longer in danger when he shot Good. No one else was in danger when he shot her.
The LEO had a car speeding towards him when he pulled his gun out to shoot her. His first shot at her went through her windshield. He doesn't have to stop shooting within 1/10th of a second.

She is dead because she was stupid, not because the ICE agent did anything wrong.

The video shows zilch.
Wrong.

It shows everything that you need to know, you were just unable to ascertain anything from it for the same reason you still think that you can't get sick or give covid to granny if you take the shot.

There's a huge difference.

Watch it again, asshole.

Adopted children aren’t family as well?
Exactly, but that does not apply here.

She had a spouse and three natural born children. The normal method is the spouse sues for herself, and for the three children. The spouse is not supposed to be a blood relative.

Of course, he wasn't "right in front of the vehicle." Only a moron, like you, would stand there and let himself be run over. He moved towards the driver's side of the vehicle to get out of the way.
What medical records? I look forward to you providing evidence of these records. He was not treated at a hospital that I know of. He went to the Whipple building. ICE claimed he suffered from internal bleeding which could be nothing more than a bruise.

Hospitals keep records. Duh!

It was widely reported.
Not a death penalty offense.

Striking an officer in an attempt to flee the scene is a felony and one that allows use of deadly force. The officer has only a second or so to decide on a course of action.
It seems you don't want the facts to be weighed by a jury. Why is that? She may be partially at fault but the officers are not blameless. In fact they may be guilty of murder.
I think any reasonable jury would toss this lawsuit in a New York second and likely will. Goode was TOTALLY AT FAULT. She failed to obey a law enforcement officer's commands, and when he went to remove her from the vehicle physically because of that failure, she attempted to flee the scene. There are literally dozens of videos of traffic stops where an officer fires on a driver after they attempt to flee the scene.

She failed to cooperate, resisted arrest, then tried to flee the scene. She took what likely was the officers detaining her and moving her vehicle out of the way then releasing her to a multiple felony situation because she arrogantly thought the officers had no authority over her. She as wrong and it cost her her life.

We're all "second guessing" in our own way. That is what this kind of argument is. You do yourself no favor with yours.
The video shows what I've factually stated.

The officers in the pickup exit and advance towards Goode's vehicle. One officer repeatedly shouts for her to "Get out of the (fucking in several instances) car."

She clearly says "No!" in response.

At that point she has escalated the situation to a serious misdemeanor and potentially a felony. She is now resisting arrest.

The officers surround the vehicle, one in front, two on the driver's side. One on the passenger side is engaged with Goode's bitch of a partner.

One of the officers repeats the command to get out of the vehicle and attempts to open the door of the vehicle.

Goode begins to accelerate heavily to flee the scene. This is now felony flight.

The officer in front of the vehicle tries to dodge to the driver's side but gets swiped by the vehicle. He draws his service weapon and fires on the vehicle.

Those are all observable facts.

Looking at the videos, we do not see the same thing. You look through right-wing filters. In court, they would look closely and thoroughly without your right-wing slant.

It seems you are so stupid you don't understand that the individuals that work in the Trump administration are part of the Trump administration. The lawsuit lists DHS and six individuals that work for the Trump administration. In other words, she sued those individuals and the Trump administration.
The LEO had a car speeding towards him when he pulled his gun out to shoot her. His first shot at her went through her windshield. He doesn't have to stop shooting within 1/10th of a second.
Speeding towards him? Did she have a rocket car? A minivan doesn't exactly get up to 30 mph in 4 feet.
She is dead because she was stupid, not because the ICE agent did anything wrong.
A jury will decide that when the suit goes forward.
