Renee Good's family sues Trump administration over fatal Minneapolis shooting

Just to make things clear, this isn't her family, this is her dyke wife looking for a payday.
The one that convinced Renee to go protest all day, while thinking that ICE agents just used rubber bullets...

I mean, think about the twisted logic of "Ice are brutal killers, but they probably use rubber bullets to arrest rapists and murderers". WTF?

I'd be checking for an insurance policy with that one.

Hey man, you're claiming to be smarter, let's see you prove it. :dunno:
You could have done it in the time it took to write that pusillanimous diatribe.

Show me where I claimed to be smarter? You are assuming that. Others will assume I am, as you did, but they won't ask me to prove it. They will because smarter people are usually more civil, Golden Rule ethical people and show common sense in their thinking. Intelligence isn't what I am trying to prove though.

I am suggesting extreme MAGA is non-discerning and uncivil. That their ethical thinking may be flawed as well. I am using the examples of those who identify as such on this site as proof of that postulate. They have been most helpful in making my case. That in they are proof we are a devolving society and we need to address that if we want to prevent certain bad results that have occured in our past when we've gone there. That it is in our combined best interests to change direction in these regards.

Hume thinks that she should have at least three tries at killing the ICE officer.
"'Cause you can never be sure that they're trying to run you over unless you wait to see if they put it in reverse and hit you again" lol.
That tracks, from a left4rd logic POV.

It will make it to discovery and it will make it to trial, certainly a jury trial, unless the case settles before that. Will be good if it doesn't settle.
Let the country hear why the defense thinks putting a bullet through this woman's brain was a reasonable thing to do.
It's a great example of how low the bar has been set when people are convinced that such a stupid case would make it to trial.

"The girl who thought that ICE agents use rubber bullets to arrest murderers vs the US government, for not putting warning labels on ICE agents that say "Do not run us over: we are using real bullets" on the front and back of their uniforms."

Having stayed alive in twenty-five years of public law enforcement and another 16 years thereafter as a private investigator and security contractor/consultant in the corporate/legal world after my retirement from the public sector, trust me I have no desire to place limits on what is necessary to keep people who do what i use to do for a living alive and well.

That said, there are reasons that good policy and guidelines say you do NOT stand in front of vehicles being operated by people you are confronting in a law enforcement scenario. That there are reasons you do NOT shoot at moving vehicles.

All of which are sound thinking and well thought out.

All of which these federal agents have not adhered to in this and other scenarios evolving out of Trump's DOJ illegal immigration enforcement efforts.

Much of these federal agents actions are not recognizable to me as that of professional law enforcers conducting their duties in prescribed manners.

No, I don't think she did. We can't know what was in her mind,
She demonstrated what was on her mind by showing up, arguing with the officers, and trying to run them over.
but her and her 'partner's' attitudes towards the ICE agents was one of both contempt mixed with a confidence they'd do nothing to either of them.
How do you know what was in her mind?
You see that in her responses to the officer at her driver's side window and her 'partner's' taunting the officer on its side of the vehicle. That confidence probably came from online chats and radical Leftist bullshit that said as much.
Yes it comes leftist radical bullshit. It comes from leftists wanting to start a civil war. She lost.
When it became obvious to her that the ICE officer at her window was going to arrest her--ordering her to open her door and step out of the vehicle--all that changed and panic set in. All of a sudden, it was no longer childish fun and games, it was serious adult stuff and she was headed to jail.
No panic. She tried to run over an ICE officer and damage the one at her door.
She likely wasn't even particularly looking ahead of the vehicle.
She was.
All her intent and focus was on getting the hell out of there ASAP and avoiding arrest. No thinking. No calculating. Just panic.
No panic.
Women in that situation normally don't react with thinking. They simply run on emotion and a survival instinct.
She didn't survive.

FYI we call you guys cultists because you still shriek that things are true long after they have been proven to be false, not because you make realistic assumptions like "If they're accusing the Trump administration then they must be blaming Trump as well."
Does that make sense, Li'l Dick?

Stop trying to use words you don't understand.
Leftists have many religions, all fundamentalist in nature:

The Church of Karl Marx.
The Church of Green.
The Church of the Ozone Hole.
The Church of Sex Perversion.
The Church of Global Warming (now trying to rebrand themselves as 'Climate Change'.
The Church of Covid.
The Church of the EV.
And...of course...the Church of Hate.

These religions have their own scripture, and consist mainly of mindless chanting.
They routinely deny logic, mathematics, science, history, English, and the law.

You make a fair point, but there's no template for "what to do when civilians are harassing you day and night, at work and at home, for months on end."

If agents were gonna stay completely out of the potential paths of every protester-operated vehicle, they'd never be able to set foot outside of their cars at all, right? Because protesters and their vehicles are everywhere, all the time.

It's like telling little Johnny "Stay away from grass, trees and insects because you're allergic" while he's riding a horse... He would need to go out on a frozen lake to do that. Maybe he can do that from time to time, but ICE agents need to operate where the illegal immigrants are, and there aren't a lot of them out on frozen lakes.

In a more civilized world, those protesters would have been arrested on day 1 for putting the ICE agents' lives in danger, but in states like Minnesota, the police are frenemies at best.

It would be beneficial to others to see how the smart the guy that's talking all that shit is. (that's you)

You are if you are in the military and at war. You just have to do your best for that not to happen.
A lousy way to win a war, T.A. Strawman fallacy. What has the military got to do with this?
In her case, it's more like Pro tip: Once you're stopped by the cops don't try to run. It will end badly for you.
Also, don't try to run over cops.
The Left calls anyone and anything they disagree with egregiously stupid names. It's all they have.
Step 3 in their program.
I call it "Contempt of cop." A very dangerous game.
That it is.

Orange man is bad. Very bad. Which is obvious to anyone who cares to look into him. His long personal history, heavily documented because he has lived a very public life, attests to that. That MAGA chooses, and it is a choice, to deny that is part of extreme MAGA

You're about as ethical as a goat's ass, you commie fuck!

I am curious how that bullet entered her left temple and exited the other side. Was it a magic bullet?

there were three gunshots on Good's body. There was one shot in her left forearm, one through her right breast, and one in the left side of her temple that exited on the other side.
Go study ballistics.

Okay. One went through the windshield, that's obvious. The other two likely did go through the open driver's side window. So? She hit the ICE officer with her vehicle. He fired in self-defense. She died. FAFO. It was totally her fault. She started shit with the officers and when that went south, she tried to flee and hit one of them.

Totally her fault.
There were three shots, T.A.

She decided to try run over an ICE officer, and damage a 2nd one. All three shot her. Two were fatal wounds. The now driverless car crashed into parked cars and stopped.

Yes. Totally her fault.

So you're scared to take an IQ test? 'Sup?

You saying something, attempting to taunt a reaction, doesn't make it so. What I have issue with is the high probability you aren't going to play nice with others IF I did what you requested. Nothing about your past action, the "STFU", "retard", etc. and so forth of the only recent past, is going to convince me and others watching along that this is suddenly going to change. So no, no thank you.
It would be beneficial to others to see how the smart the guy that's talking all that shit is. (that's you)

Not working. As I said, I am confident my demeanor and the merit of the case I am making takes care of all of that with the audience I am actually aiming this at (which isn't actually you).

These are direct yes or no questions:

Did Renee Goode hit an ICE officer with her vehicle?
Yes.
Did the officer at Renee Goode's vehicle, driver's side window, detain her?
No.
Did Renee Goode try to flee the scene?
Yes.
Did Renee Goode and her 'partner' taunt and otherwise make attempts to interfere or obstruct what the ICE officers were doing?
Yes.
Did Renee Goode have some rational reason for being where she was, doing what she was doing, in the first place?
Yes.

Maybe you should learn what 'rational' means.

Did Renee have any intention of interfering with ICE officers?
Yes.

Did Renee intentionally try to drive over an ICE officer and damage a 2nd one?
Yes.

Did all three officers fire?
Yes.

Two of the wounds were fatal, one instantly so.
