I have two college buddies that graduated in engineering, started w/ oil companies and set out on their own. If you lived on the gulf coast, there's a chance your home used gas that came from a reservoir I discovered.

Of the prospects I identified in the Miocene strata of the West Delta 73 field we found gas-condensate pay in the L-10 sand, the K-40 sand, the K-30 sand, the K-15 sand, and the I-5 sand. We found the K-20 sand was already swept, so unfortunately there was no gas pay there.
