Renee Good's family sues Trump administration over fatal Minneapolis shooting

You saying something, attempting to taunt a reaction, doesn't make it so. What I have issue with is the high probability you aren't going to play nice with others IF I did what you requested. Nothing about your past action, the "STFU", "retard", etc. and so forth of the only recent past, is going to convince me and others watching along that this is suddenly going to change. So no, no thank you.

Not working. As I said, I am confident my demeanor and the merit of the case I am making takes care of all of that with the audience I am actually aiming this at (which isn't actually you).
You can't blame your problems on anybody else.

The officer at her driver's side window walks up to the vehicle. He says something to her, then tries to open the driver's side door. You hear her shouting "NO!" and then she drives away at high acceleration. The officer in front of the vehicle fires on it. She grazed him with the vehicle. We know that from the medical records where the officer received treatment for being hit.

As I stated. The officers were detaining her and wanted her to exit the vehicle. She refused, panicked when they tried to force her to exit, and started to drive away as fast as she could.

Her childish fun and games with the ICE officers took on a serious, adult, tone and she suddenly didn't want to play that game anymore. She is totally at fault here. It is a FAFO situation for her and she paid the price for her stupidity.
THREE officers shot her.
Two of he wounds were fatal.

It seems you are so stupid you don't understand that the individuals that work in the Trump administration are part of the Trump administration.
...so?
The lawsuit lists DHS and six individuals that work for the Trump administration. In other words, she sued those individuals and the Trump administration.
Frivolous lawsuit. The penalty for filing these should be much higher.
Speeding towards him?
Yes, Poorboy.
Did she have a rocket car?
Reciprocating engine, Poorboy.
A minivan doesn't exactly get up to 30 mph in 4 feet.
Irrelevence fallacy.
A jury will decide that when the suit goes forward.
Based on what, Poorboy?

Of course, he wasn't "right in front of the vehicle."
Yes he was.
Only a moron, like you, would stand there and let himself be run over.
He didn't. He dodged pretty effectively.
He moved towards the driver's side of the vehicle to get out of the way.
By leaping.
Hospitals keep records. Duh!

It was widely reported.
But you tend to discard them.
Striking an officer in an attempt to flee the scene is a felony and one that allows use of deadly force. The officer has only a second or so to decide on a course of action.
And all three officers responded accordingly.
I think any reasonable jury would toss this lawsuit in a New York second and likely will.
May not get that far. The penalty for filing frivolous lawsuits should be much higher.
Goode was TOTALLY AT FAULT. She failed to obey a law enforcement officer's commands, and when he went to remove her from the vehicle physically because of that failure, she attempted to flee the scene. There are literally dozens of videos of traffic stops where an officer fires on a driver after they attempt to flee the scene.

She failed to cooperate, resisted arrest, then tried to flee the scene. She took what likely was the officers detaining her and moving her vehicle out of the way then releasing her to a multiple felony situation because she arrogantly thought the officers had no authority over her. She as wrong and it cost her her life.
Not the first or the last 'sovereign citizen' to suffer the consequences of the law.

You're flapping your lips, but all I hear is "Bawk! Bawk!" :rofl2:

Wow. You just make up your own timeline of facts. Ross has walked around her vehicle before the other offices exit their vehicle. Ross places himself in front of her vehicle in violation of department policy.
It is not a violation of department policy.
She was told to move prior to being ordered out of her vehicle making the commands contradictory.

Accelerate heavily? LOL.. yeah.. she is riding a rocket and not a minivan.
F=mA.

Once the officer gave her the command, which she clear did hear, "Get out of the car," she was 'detained.' That means she couldn't legally leave the spot she was at. She immediately panicked after that and tried to drive away. That is felony fleeing. If she had obeyed the officer, she'd be alive today.
No panic.

Could very well be but the federal authorities has stone walled any case that could be made of it. If the civil suit goes forth and Good's family have good attorneys with good investigators and a research team behind them the subpoena power and discovery will blow the lid off any cover up and we will get to the bottom of this. Same should be true for the Pretti case and any of several others. It is the lawsuits that will resolve all of it.
What 'coverup'?

He'll still deny it.
That's because, to a leftard cultist, CNN saying that the car didn't hit her is far more powerful evidence than actually seeing the car hit her.

"Then, God be bless'd, it is the blessed sun.
But sun it is not, when CNN says it is not;
And the moon changes even as their mind.
What they have it nam'd, even that it is,
And so it shall be so for those of us in the CNN cult."

He had no authority over an American citizen

She had no reason to obey that “order”

Yes, U.S. citizens have been detained by ICE. It should not happen under the law, but it does. A ProPublica investigation confirmed that at least 170 U.S. citizens were held by immigration agents within the first nine months of the current enforcement expansion. A December 2025 congressional report titled “Unchecked Authority” documented nearly two dozen cases in which American citizens were physically detained, sometimes for days, by federal immigration agents during routine activities like driving to work, walking down a street, or standing in a parking lot.
