Canada actually experienced fascism during covid.
We had the strict control of the media by the gov't, the muzzling of intellectuals (doctors), the mass broadcasting and repetition of lies, internet censorship (which is akin to book-burning), baseless accusations of disease-spreading by a group of people who are falsely declared to be "unclean", the arbitrary restrictions of freedoms, bans on religious practices, hate mongering from the covid "Trudeau called the unjabbed "racists and misogynists), our gov't made concentration camps in the Yukon and asked Canadians "if the unvaxed should be tolerated", our government froze people's banks accounts, the police here stole gas from people, we threw peaceful protesters in jail, people were forced to carry the fake health passports, etc.
