If the job requires a certain lifting weight, a degree, experience, whatever qualifications are required, they apply equally to all applicants. Competence, ability, and merit should be the only standards used. Race and gender should not be applied to job qualifications in any way, shape, or form.

according to her testimony to the school as reported by the NY Times yes no rape happened to this girl at that fraternity house.

everything she did was voluntary

she regretted it later than screamed rape

case closed
