Good's spouse is suing, for herself and Good's three children. Good's spouse is not a blood relative; is Matt's spouse a blood relative? Her three children are blood relatives.
Her brother was at the press conference supporting the lawsuit. He is also a blood relative. That being said, he did not lose support like a spouse and children, so would not be the one to sue.
What is this obsession that a spouse must be a blood relative to sue?

Once again, you have gotten almost every single detail wrong. She had just dropped her son off at school, before she was shot, so had full and sole custody of one child.
She had partial custody of the two children from her first marriage. They did not live with her, but did visit. Good remarried and had a second son with her second husband. The oldest two moved out when her second husband began having trouble(so not "the lesbian lifestyle"), but Good retained custody.
When her second husband died, she married a woman, and kept her third child. So the oldest two children did not live with her, but the rest you got wrong.
Good had been tailing ICE for 3 hours, It wasn't a chance encounter nor had she "just" dropped her kid off, Never Truthful Walt. She was once again interfering with a law enforcement operation and was subject to arrest.
In her attempt to escape arrest she rammed into the police officer and attempted to run him over.
You think because she was acting on behalf of the Insurrection to reopen the border so that Human Trafficking can resume, attempting to kill federal police is justified.
It isn't.
That claim is COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE!!! Good had just dropped her child off at school. That is a proven fact, so could not have been following ICE.
And yet she had just dropped her kid at elementary school, so assuming she did not have some magical tracking device... It was just a chance encouter.
Once again? This was her first ever encounter with ICE, or any kind of law enforcement. There was no clear reason to arrest her in this case either.

Good had been fuqking with the police for hours. She was interfering in law enforcement activity. She eventually tried to run over a cop and succeeded, causing internal bleeding and getting herself capped.

And it needs to be said that ICE agents are frequently trying to go to dangerous situations to apprehend violent criminals, and they lose the element of surprise when the Reneee Goods of the world are outside honking their horns, and sharing the locations of ICE agents online.
They truly do make the jobs of ICE agents harder and more dangerous, every single day, all day.

None of that justifies him shooting her.
Properly trained officers deal with toast situations all the time, are trained to not put themselves in harms way when there is a vehicle involved. And to never just unload your gun into the vehicle where other people including your fellow officers can get killed.
If they were trained properly and competent she'd be alive today.
