Fact is 10 of the last 11 Recessions started under Republican Presidents, and the one under Bush was almost a depression, and every time we had to elect a DEM President to get us out of them and they did.

And one of the worst is the Trump Admin constantly impounding funds Congress has allocated and funded via the laws they pass.

The Trump admin just says 'we are cancelling that and taking the funds and now will use them somewhere else' which entirely strips Congress of the Power of the Purse, one of their greatest Constitutional powers.

The next Dem Potus who also holds the House has to utilize this power to the max. Just impound funds for the Military and other areas and begin funding key leftist priorities and just ignore Congress. Watch the magats heads explode but it MUST be done. If Dems do not do it, then the next Republican one will and so and so on, knowing only they weaponize this process and Dems are too weak and rules based to do so.
