Do you believe in an unlimited presidency?

William Jefferson Clinton did for 8 years. Remember Hillary hiding raw FBI files in the bathroom in the 90's. It was the legislation from his presidency that created the real estate crash in 2008.

Barney Franks and the Rhinos that went along.
Come on

Let’s see what you are inferring about president Clinton and manipulation of the DOJ and this legislation you speak of

It is clear to me, intentionally or not, Trump’s affect on the presidency will be to make it almost unlimited by checks, especially if popular. The Supreme Court has removed fear of later prosecution and limits based on legality.

Executive orders are now much more powerful. A president can, without restraint, direct prosecution of personal enemies. Direct audits. Impose tariffs, and stonewall congress.

Is that a good thing?

Seriously, this is one of the dumber OPs I have ever seen, and I've seen quite a few.

The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act was signed into law by President Bill Clinton on Nov. 12, 1999. The Act provided an 18-month deadline for the adoption of implementing rules, but from 1999 until 2005, the rule-writing effort stalled repeatedly. On Oct. 13, 2006, President Bush signed into law the Regulatory Relief Act, which added the requirement that the Commission and the Board issue the proposed rules jointly, and seek the concurrence of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Office of Thrift Supervision, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Of course not dipshit. There should be limits on Congress as well. There is absolutely no fucking reason they should be there 50 years. Its bullshit

If their voters want them there than fuck you and your pretense that your will can cut off American votes

The Republican messaging has tied itself into so many knots in the last few decades that there is no facts that work in their favor

It’s why the hate history

And math

And science

Brilliant argument.
