I can't give @Matt Dillon any sympathy as he has weaponized his issues against others.
He is the guy who says 'if i managed my issues within 3 or 6 or 12 months... then you should too... if you needed more time you are bitch'.
He acts like there is a template for dealing with PTSD and it is 'whatever time he needed'.
If Matt was a soldier dealing with his PTSD within a year of being discharged and we showed him the data on how many soldiers end up committing suicide, 3, 5 and many years later, Matts reply would be 'fuck those soldiers... they needed to get help earlier... it on them and they get no sympathy'.

Ya I hear ya but i just cannot sympathize with people like @Matt Dillon who will say 'i got help and dealt with my trauma within X months... so anyone who takes even one more than me deserves no help or sympathy and i will attack, for not getting help in the time i did'.
It is just a special kind of nasty to weaponize ones trauma against other trauma suffers. Sad and contemptable.
