That's an ad that wasn't paid for by the Cdn gov't, Justin Trudeau, or the Liberals.
It was made by WE Canada, a "charity" of sorts that held large, stadium-sized events, attended by children.
When Trudeau was the PM, he would offer them taxpayer money (about $2M a pop) to host events, and his mother would be a guest speaker at those events. In all she pocketed nearly $500,000.00 for her speeches ($300K+) and the associated expenses ($150k).
Then, during covid, Trudeau and the Lib party decided that they needed a company to administer the $912,000,000.00 Canadian Child Service Grant program, and there was no bidding allowed: it was just handed over to WE to manage all that money.
It was quite the scandal to award such a massive government contract to one company without allowing any other companies to bid on it.
Bottom Line:
- Trudeau lavished huge amounts of government/taxpayer money on WE
- WE made sickening Nazi Youth Corps style propaganda aimed at children, for Justin Trudeau
- WE gave Trudeau's mom bucketloads of money for speaking engagements, and her only claims to fame are having sex with Pierre Trudeau and Fidel Castro. (Justin was raised as a Castro family friend)
Our finance minister had to resign because his daughter worked at WE full-time for $30k/yr, but Trudeau's mom got ten times as much money for 1/50th the amount of hours. No scandal....
