According to ICE, they were driving to their offices, and did not intend to attack a school drop off. We all know they were lying. Their intent was to attack a bunch of parents, and maybe children, demand they prove they are here legally(can you prove you are here legally?), and then drag off a few of them until they can get themselves released. It is not legal.

ICE was not searching for specific suspects, but was merely attacking random people of color.
