Federal agents have searched Democratic U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar’s home as part of a criminal investigation

  • Federal agents have searched Democratic U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar’s home as part of a criminal investigation, according to people familiar with the matter. The people say the search was conducted by Homeland Security Investigations agents. Details about the investigation are unclear.

It's going to be interesting to see if they actually got a judge to sign off on a warrant or if they did this without a judicial warrant.

It appears the FBI wasn't involved. It was Homeland Security agents.

you're a boring troll bye jerkoff
It appears that Humey only wants Republicans prosecuted.

That’s bigoted, Humey and political persecution.

A person who wants only members of one political party prosecuted typically demonstrates severe partisan bias or political prejudice though social scientists increasingly describe extreme partisan hostility as "partyism"

A raid isn't a prosecution. How dumb are you?

Are you one of those that only found out there as a b at the end of dumb when your cult leader told you?
So someone openly says another person should be imprisoned and tortured, and your response is to jump in and insult the people criticizing him?

Not a word about the guy advocating torture. Not even a passing objection. Just straight to the usual juvenile insults and cult accusations.

You had a pretty easy opportunity to demonstrate some basic principles here, Richard. Instead, you demonstrated that your outrage is entirely dependent on who's saying what to whom.

And you have the nerve to lecture other people about cult behavior. That's rich.

According to an official statement from the Department of Justice, federal agents executed a "judicially authorized search warrant" when they searched the Washington, D.C.-area residence of Democratic Representative Ilhan Omaron Monday morning, October 12, 2026. Under U.S. federal law, a "judicially authorized" warrant explicitly means that a federal judge or magistrate reviewed the government's application and signed off on the search after finding probable cause

Are you claiming a raid is a prosecution? Because if you are, then you are also dum(b).

Maybe you should learn how to differentiate between posters. No one said Earl should be imprisoned and tortured. Earl made a statement that was factually incorrect. A raid is NOT a prosecution. You jump in to defend the person making factually incorrect statements. That demonstrates you are the one being disingenuous.

Unfortunately, the official statement of the DoJ is often false these days. They have dropped the majority of cases where there official statement was the person had attacked federal officers.

A raid is an investigative step that can lead directly to prosecution, Richard. Nobody claimed a raid and a prosecution were the exact same thing. You're arguing a distinction nobody disputed because apparently that's easier than addressing the actual point.

And now you're pretending you didn't see the guy explicitly wishing prison and torture on someone, even though it's right there in the thread.

You're so busy trying to prove everyone else is stupid that you've managed to miss both the context and the point.

But by all means, keep lecturing us about who's being disingenuous.

Is that you, Pobre, from your rabbit hole of irrelevance?

Pobre;
“Are you one of those that only found out there as a b at the end of dumb when your cult leader told you?”

You might want to study syntax or someone might think you are illiterate, Pobre…or a member of a cult.

your mystery is already solved to those with a frigging brain

The Justice Department said in a statement Monday that HSI agents executed a judicially authorized search warrant secured by the department in the Washington, D.C., area but provided no other details.

“This enforcement action is part of an ongoing federal criminal investigation,” the department said.

Second, Homeland Security Investigations is a federal criminal investigative agency. Its agents investigate federal crimes, execute search warrants, gather evidence, and work with federal prosecutors. The FBI doesn't have a monopoly on criminal investigations.

“There” Pobre?”

Main Uses of "There"

    • Location (Adverb):Refers to a place that is away from "here".
      • Example: "Put the bag there." / "I want to go there." [1, 2, 3]
    • Existence (Introductory / Dummy Subject): Used with verbs like is or areto say that something is present.
      • Example: "There is a cat on the roof." / "There are many stars

  • You should be careful, Pobre or someone might think you are dumb…and illiterate and a cult member.

Pobre isn’t doing too well, is he?

It appears that Pobre has left the building, after a shocking display of ignorance of sentence structure and the meaning of words.

One might conclude that he is not only irrelevant on most issues, but illiterate and a cult member.

Shocking, I say.

I just love how Tom Homan says that no one is above the Law while working for and at the pleasure of the most corrupt man to ever inhabit the Oval Office.

Guess Tom and company might have a blindspot.
