How so?so is crossing the border illegally.
I do not see the troll poster's posts you are replying to but this narrative being pushed by him and Terry that Judges need to stay out of and not get involved with Executive choices and when they get sued just dismiss it without even looking at it or it is 'judicial activism' is just one of the most stupid argument Grok is originating on the right and Terry and others are cribbing from.Judges have ruled on the executive branch for over 200 years.
He thinks it’s illegal for the SCOTUS too?I do not see the troll poster's posts you are replying to but this narrative being pushed by him and Terry that Judges need to stay out of and not get involved with Executive choices and when they get sued just dismiss it without even looking at it or it is 'judicial activism' is just one of the most stupid argument Grok is originating on the right and Terry and others are cribbing from.
It is deeply stupid, and sets up the executive as an unchallengeable Dictator where merely a judge looking at a filing and hearing a case or opening motions that do anything to hinder the Executive actions is 'Judicial activism'.
Judges have NO CHOICE but to go thru the assigned case once a lawsuit is filed against an executive action like this. even if the case is frivolous and gets tossed quickly, it MUST go thru the process this judge is following properly.
Terry and these magats had zero issue with Judges stopping Biden's 'Student debt retirement' or other such actions by his admin, that those on the right tried to stop via lawsuits. THAT IS THE PROCESS and while no one has to agree with the end ruling, it is the height of stupidity and ignorance to think that just following the process, as designed, as is happening in this case, is Judicial activism.
You have to be very stupid to think that.
Just labeling any person who’s brown an illegal on false premises is fucking racist evilso is crossing the border illegally.
Terry's entire world view is partisan. He is incapable of seeing bad in Trump or the right and incapable of seeing anything but bad in the left.He thinks it’s illegal for the SCOTUS too?
YeapTerry's entire world view is partisan. He is incapable of seeing bad in Trump or the right and incapable of seeing anything but bad in the left.
So to answer your question you need to add that filter.
Is this a SC ruling against Trump? Against the right? Or against Biden and the left? Does the court have a left or right majority?
Then you can post Terry's reply before he does.
'bad and activism' if against Trump and right. 'Good and proper' if against Biden and the left'.
Facts or consistency of application (aka hypocrisy) has no relevance to what Terry will say. He does not care if his positions are in complete opposition to one another from one post to the next. He just has to push the partisan position always.,
Terry is not a bot.Yeap
A bot hole not in Russia but some Other location doing the Epstein class business for them
Maybe he’s safe from bombs but not from ridicule
YesTerry is not a bot.
He is a deeply disturbed person suffering the most severe form of TDS we see in some of the magat cult.
Terry's brain is broken. he simply cannot put aside partisan considerations and engage in any discussion honestly and without that.
I may despise Trump but i can and have been super critical of Obama and Biden and Ruth Bader Ginsberg and others beloved by some on the left as my positions, while certainly partisan in bent are not purely partisan.
Terry cannot do that.
When i pushed him to identify anything he believes the Right governments have ever done wrong, he could not but when i pushed further finally he said his criticism of the right is "usually they do not do enough and are too restrained". FLOL. when pushed that was the only complaint that 'right governments needed to become BIGGER government and do more'.
That is deep partisan brain damage.
They have no clue. Uneducated.I do not see the troll poster's posts you are replying to but this narrative being pushed by him and Terry that Judges need to stay out of and not get involved with Executive choices and when they get sued just dismiss it without even looking at it or it is 'judicial activism' is just one of the most stupid argument Grok is originating on the right and Terry and others are cribbing from.

They won the contract on Friday night and then started work on Saturday?I guess you don't realize that you're dumb as a stump.
Those doing the renovations to the course are NOT government employees, moron. They are private contractors who won a government contract.
Most contractors don't have the capacity to have a crew out the next day. Yes large companies can move workers around but it usually costs to do that. If they are a union employer, they may be able to find union workers on short notice. This isn't just a crew. It requires moving large equipment into place.ROFL
Every contractor in history has gotten Friday calls to have a crew out the next morning.
Not only have I held a job I have managed large projects. You don't plan a project like this in one day's time. You don't start a project like this without knowing the cost. How do you manage a project if you have no parameters for what the cost is? Starting a project without a budget is incompetence at best but malfeasance if not outright corruption if you are experienced.Have you ever held a job? Have you ever actually dealt with any sort of contractor?
You know why. Soros partisanship. Why is a judge even involved in this?
That land falls under the authority of which branch of government, cupcake? So do you believe federal lands are completely unregulated and not subject to any kind of procedural law when changes are proposed for the property?

Judges expecting their orders to be followed is overreach? The legality of the plan is yet to be determined. This is to keep the status quo in place until that legality is determined. That's judicial overreach. Either the NPS plan was legal or it wasn't.
When did the judge do that? Making shit up doesn't make it true. But that seems to be what you normally do. Make shit up and then post links that contradict your claims because either you didn't read or can't read your sources. The judge acknowledged the plan was legal but then set limits on its execution.
If the court finds that removing the trees is illegal, can the government just put the trees back? Since they have waited 6 months without removing those trees, what is the harm with leaving them for two weeks while the court hears arguments? That is micromanaging the project rather than simply ruling on its legality.
WTF. The court is located in DC. The golf course is in DC. It is the correct location for all legal proceedings. How do you know that? This particular judge is on the radical Left and well known for ruling against the Trump administration.
So judges are arborists and know what trees need to be taken out now?Second you are misunderstanding how federal courts work. The judge has not ruled on whether the project is legal or illegal yet—that is exactly what the ongoing lawsuit is trying to determine. And JUDGES do not have discretion to put aside a case brought before this happens
The 10-tree limit was a temporary injunction, which is standard legal procedure. When a plaintiff sues claiming an executive action is illegal, a judge puts a temporary hold on major changes so the government doesn't permanently destroy the evidence (the historic trees) before the court can even hold a trial.
If judges couldn't issue temporary limits, the government could just hurry up and illegally bulldoze a historic site or a neighborhood before a court date, making the entire legal system useless.
The judge didn't 'micromanage' a project she approved; she set a boundary to keep the status quo alive until a final ruling on legality can actually be made."
What you are saying is the Judge needed to stand down. Not get involved and allow one side in the litigation free reign to act and the other to lose without any legal process to take place. That WOULD BE judicial activism.
Why don't you bother to read your sources? The plaintiff had over six years to file a suit against the NPS over this project and only did so at the last minute. Maybe the case should be tossed on those grounds. The historical site plan is the one the NPS wants to return the course to. The judge already acknowledged that the NPS plan was legal as well, so why is the case ongoing if not her micromanaging things?
hey stupid fuck.So judges are arborists and know what trees need to be taken out now?
STFU, you fucking moron.
