Federal agents have searched Democratic U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar’s home as part of a criminal investigation

Is Omar a legal citizen? That seems to be in question, and quite possibly that is the reason the obama appointed judge signed off on the warrant.
There is no question. She is a legal citizen. RWers making idiotic claims on the internet doesn't change that.

Even if her father somehow violated the law, that doesn't negate her citizenship. The US doesn't allow punishing children for the crimes of their parents. If you want to go down that road, then we can imprison Don Jr, Eric, Ivanka and Barron for the crimes of their father.

Wrong, illiterate cult member, Pobre.

***Conclusive Evidence: Once the Secretary makes a foreign policy-based determination of deportability under specific statutory provisions (such as INA § 237), that determination is treated as conclusive evidence in removal proceedings, meaning immigration judges cannot review the underlying foreign policy rationale.*** (Asterisks are mine)

It’s “foreign policy based.”

I just spoke with a State Dept. person in Sec. Rubio’s office and the nice lady said that Omar can be deported, without immigration judges’ review of the underlying foreign policy rationale.
LOL. I'll bet they are having a good laugh at the idiot that called in to ask that question.

You are becoming more and more irrelevant, Pobre.

Review ‘there” and “they’re.”
It seems it's you that is illiterate.

You might want to try reading the actual title of INA § 237

A US citizen is NOT an alien and is NOT a deportable alien. US citizens are NOT subject to deportation under your citation.

My nephew, while earning a J.D. chose to focus on international law.

He’s on vacation in Europe but returns Friday.

I will see what he has to opine on the Omar situation.

If she happened to be a Republican, she should still be deported.

These far left loons have embraced criminality.

She’s an alien if she committed immigration fraud and the Obama appointed judge authorized the search, illiterate cult member, Pobre.

Have you researched the proper use of “there” and “they’re, cult member Pobre?

Actually, No. She isn't an alien. She is a US Citizen under the law. You would first have to follow the law to strip her of her citizenship.

First of all there is a 10 year statute of limitations for criminal denaturalization so that is not a possibility.

The civil requirement would require them to strip her dead father of his citizenship since she gained it when he got his. That would not be allowed since he can't defend himself since he is dead. It would be mooted by any reasonable court.

Rep Ilhan Omar faces multiple federal investigations after FBI raid

Fox News correspondent David Spunt reports that Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., faces multiple federal investigations following a recent FBI raid on her Washington D.C. home on ‘Special Report.’
Rep. Ilhan Omar’s, D-Minn., immigration history is facing fresh scrutiny after federal agents searched her Washington, D.C., home, with new reports detailing subpoenas to relatives and a request from her congressional staff to change the birth year listed in public biographies.

Federal investigators have subpoenaed Omar’s sister, Sahra Noor, and at least one other person in her family circle as they examine possible fraud and false statements in immigration paperwork, The New York Times reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the investigation.

Fox News has also learned that subpoenas have been sent to multiple family members of Omar.

Separately, the New York Post reported that Omar’s staff asked the Minnesota Legislative Reference Library in May 2019 to change her listed birth year from 1981 to 1982, a discrepancy a former political opponent has questioned while challenging the Minnesota Democrat’s account of how she became a U.S. citizen.

So raiding her home is due process? Christ, are you crazy.
When a grand jury has heard the evidence and a judge has signed a search warrant absolutely it's due process.

Why are you unable to follow a simple bouncing ball? FFS you are really the dumbest of the dumb.

Nordy tries but comes up short…poor Nordy.

Trump has been prosecuted for being born.

I particularly loved the value-of-his-property bullshit. The bank approved the loan based on the value of his property, and Trump paid it off with interest. These rabid bastards failed again.
Somehow they turned that into a crime. :dunno:

Actually it does if they were an illegal alien.

Actually it does if they were an illegal alien.
Not in the real world. Only in CULT WORLD.

In the USA, you have to file a civil lawsuit and prove one of four things beyond a reasonable doubt. Since she got her citizenship when her father got his, you would first have to strip his and he is dead so there is no court that will allow that when there is no living defendant.

What crime was committed in order to get her citizenship?

You have to be specific and have evidence to prove it. It needs to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt to a jury in a court of law.

It appears that the Somalian fraudster will be de-naturalized and that Secretary of State, Rubio, will deport her.
It is evident that you are in a cult and out of touch with reality.

In State Department literature it is denaturalized. So much for your good grammar.

Have you learned the proper use of “there” and “they’re” cult member Pobre?

Because the sentence uses "it" and lacks a comma, it can feel a bit abrupt or ambiguous. Depending on your exact meaning, you can rewrite it for better flow:
  • If "it" refers to a person's citizenship status:
"In State Department literature, the individual is denaturalized."
You are illiterate, Pobre and a cult member.

Yes, "in State Department literature" is a dependent clause.

Yes, "the individual is denaturalized" is an independent clause.

A comma is used between a dependent clause (or phrase) and an independent clause, depending on their order in the sentence: [1, 2]
  • When the dependent clause comes first: Use a comma after the dependent clause.
Did you complete your primary education or did you complete your GED, illiterate cult member?

There is no question. She is a legal citizen.

Quite the opposite.

She entered the nation illegally based on forged documents.

She committed perjury on her Naturalization Form and knowingly provided false and misleading information. The form even warns applicants that providing false information is perjury, punishable by fines, imprisonment, and revocation or denial of citizenship status.

Omar is an illegal alien. She is already suspended in committee assignments and will surely be expelled from congress.

Rubio doesn't need to de-naturalize her. She committed perjury on her application, which automatically renders her status as revoked. The form states it plainly. She is NOT a citizen, she never was.
