Renee Good's family sues Trump administration over fatal Minneapolis shooting

At no point did anyone ever suggest that she was being shot for fleeing - that's just YOUR strawman argument.

I will agree with one thing: if all of the fictitious events of your false narrative were correct, then it would have been an illegal shooting.
It's Gardner's argument, not mine. I think he was angered by her open disrespect and anger got the better of him. Who knows. Maybe we'll find out.

You are lying now, as usual.

His first shot went through her windshield. Because he pulled his gun out in self-defence.

He didn't "quickly pull out his gun after she hit him with her car, and started shooting as a form of revenge", and yet manage to get his first shot through her windshield.

Get it, stupid cultist?

FYI the jury isn't allowed to consider your fictitious details. They have to consider... the facts. And as always, the facts
are
not
on
your
side.
.
.
Here is a still from the video. It shows that it is impossible to hit the side of the windshield from in front of the car and hit Good's right breast area.
A shot fired from the front would have hit her on her left side or missed her completely.

Then why did you claim she was arrested?
Because she wasn't, Wally.
Do you agree she was not arrested, and that no one said she was arrested?
I don't speak for everyone else, Wally; unlike you.
As for being detained, she received conflicting orders.
No conflicting orders. She was being detained.
Some agents ordered her to stop, and others ordered her to drive away.
No, Wally. Stop making shit up.
The ones who ordered her to stop had no clear reason to detain her.
Yes they did, Wally. She was willfully violating federal law.

I think she fucked up. In her mind, this was all just fun and games, fuck with the ICE officers. You can see that by both her and her idiot 'partner' taunting the ICE agents with smiles on their faces. My takeaway from that is both of them, in their minds, thought the ICE officers couldn't and wouldn't do anything to them and they were free to exercise their "free speech" and protest the ICE officer's actions however they saw fit without fear of retaliation.

That went south when the officers in the pickup were now ordering Good out of the vehicle. The officer in front of the vehicle was videoing the situation. All of a sudden, the fun and games were over and the adults were now in charge. Good, at that point, like a child, protested being 'disciplined' (her saying "No!" to the officer) and began to panic. As the officer started to try and open her door, the panic fully set in and Good tried to escape by driving away.

I can believe that she wasn't even really looking at the officer in front of her vehicle and accidently hit him as she sought to flee. The officer at her door got drug a bit because he had the handle in his hand and it's obvious he let go. In that moment, the officer in front of the vehicle, while trying to avoid being hit, decided in all of a split second, she was a serious threat to persons or property and deadly force was needed to stop the action.

Good brought that all on herself. All she had to do to avoid it was obey the officers and get out of her vehicle as ordered. But like a petulant child, she decided to try and avoid being punished for her childish actions and run away. It cost her her life.

Indeed.

Humey is usually drunk and posts nonsense.

ICE agents performing their duties will defend themselves.

President Trump has caused these far left loons to embrace criminality.
Trump didn't cause them to embrace criminality. They did that on their own. You can't blame it on Trump.

We’ll see, there have been many successful lawsuits against the Trump administration and Trump
There have been many more unsuccessful ones, Phanty.
Why do you support lawfare?
Why do you support people trying to run down a police or other law enforcement officer with their car?
Why do you support criminals?

The case will "be thrown out of court" only if the allegation(s) fail to state a legal cause of action - in this case whether an ICE officer may lawfully shoot and kill a citizen without reasonable cause. Reasonable cause will be a key issue if the case goes to trial, probably the key issue.
There is reasonable cause, Marty.

Current projections have the Democrats winning the House by a fair amount.
You have to be specific. Current DNC propaganda has the Democrats doing well. Real world data, however, show that Democrats have good reason to panic.

You say that the Democrats will be "hammered" in this election.
Yes. If I was being unclear, let me word it differently.

Democrats are going to get bitch-slapped in this midterm election.

Let me know if I need to try any other angles.

That would require a major change between now and the election.
Nope. No changes required. If the election occurs as it is unfolding, the outcome is a Democrat sob-fest. Do you have a counselor or a therapist at-the-ready?

She was shot in the head, and it passed through her head and out of the car. In short, she was shot from the side of the vehicle. She was going home.
She was shot through the front windshield; ergo, Renee Good was shot from directly ahead by the person she was running over.

Go out to the car with a laser pointer. Mark this location on your windshield. Now try to stand in front of your car and get a straight line through this hole to what would be the right breast of a driver. It is impossible for anyone to fire that shot from in front of the vehicle and hit the driver's right breast. Surely you will admit that the shot was not fired by someone directly in front of the vehicle.

Ignoring the bullet hole in the windshield again, moron?
I am relying on the bullet hole in the windshield as evidence that he was not in directly front of the vehicle when the shot was fired. IBDaMann was nice enough to provide pictures. The autopsy says she was shot in the right breast.

This is simple stuff. Draw a straight line from the right side of the driver's seat through the hole in the windshield. Could the bullet have come from in front of the vehicle? Draw a straight line from the middle of the driver's seat through the hole in the windshield. Could the bullet have come from in front of the vehicle?

The officer was struck by the vehicle. That is a fact. A second officer was holding the door handle and did start to get drug by the vehicle. In the less than a second that was all starting to happen, the officer in front of the vehicle had to decide on a course of action and his was to stop felony flight while using a motor vehicle as a weapon with deadly force.

All Good had to do to avoid that was obey the officers and get out of her vehicle. She resisted and then tried to run. That was 100% her mistake and it cost her her life.

When a car is coming at you from two or three feet away is your self defense to pull out a gun or step out of the way. If self defense is the motivation, it's already too late for a gun. But this what trials by court or jury are for. Hope we get to have one.
It's both. Gun and avoid.

Just understand that the officer was walking around the vehicle, filming her with his iphone, to show how the car was blocking the lane, and who was in the driver's seat.

Then in an instant, she was driving her car at him, and he made a reaction within 1/10th of a second.

THE MORAL OF THE FUCKING STORY IS: DON'T ACCELERATE YOUR CAR TOWARDS A LEO FROM SHORT RANGE, AND NEVER ASSUME THAT THEY ARE JUST USING RUBBER BULLETS!!!!!!!!!

Another small problem with your claim. The jury does consider facts. The bullet fired through the windshield wasn't fired from in front of the vehicle. It was also fired from the side of the vehicle. This is simple physics. Bullets travel in straight lines. The location of the hole in the glass and the fact that the bullet struck Good in the right breast shows that Ross wasn't in front of the vehicle when he fired.

If the LEO fired that shot from beside the vehicle, and hit the window straight-on from that angle, the bullet would have gone out the passenger window you fuckin dummy. Maybe even the other side of the front window.

If a bullet went in through there and hit the driver, then the gun would have to have been IN FRONT OF THE CAR WHEN IT WAS FIRED lol. Get it?

Shoot into the window from in front of the driver, the bullet hits the window in front of the driver, then the bullet hits the driver.
