Renee Good's family sues Trump administration over fatal Minneapolis shooting

I am pointing out that it is winter and she is not blocking a single bicycle.
A truck is not a bicycle.
You didn't bother to read your source again, did you? ICE are not traffic cops and are not authorized to conduct traffic stops for traffic violations.
The are authorized to conduct traffic stops. They are law enforcement officers, Poorboy.
Strawman fallacy. Renee Good was violating FEDERAL law.
does the agent have legal authority to enforce that traffic law,
Yes. Strawman fallacy.
especially when the violation is purely a state-law offense?
Yes. Strawman fallacy.
Many traffic offenses are state violations, and federal officers generally do not have independent, general authority to enforce state traffic codes
Yes they do. Strawman fallacy.
if ICE initiates a vehicle stop, it still has to satisfy the Fourth Amendment baseline, and it also has to have lawful authority to do what it is doing.
It does, Poorboy. Strawman fallacy.

Amazon drivers often double park blocking a traffic lane. Something you seem to be unaware of.
Amazon drivers aren't trying to run over cops. They can also be cited for blocking traffic, meaning they may lose their CDL.
LOL. I look forward to the testimony of the ICE agents about the person they were attempting to arrest. (Hint - it won't happen.)
Already did, moron.
Wow. Please provide a still picture of where you think she is blocking both lanes of traffic.
Already done. RQAA.
It doesn't exist in the video you just provided.
Yes it does.
It seems you are so delusional you see things that don't exist.
Inversion fallacy.
The vehicle passing in front of her is in a driving lane. You can see the dotted white lines just to the left of the tree and barely visible behind the vehicle.
No, it isn't, moron.
View attachment 98766

Then when you watch further, you see that the middle of her vehicle is on the line which is the start of the buffer zone before the bike lane.
Irrelevance fallacy.

Minnesota state Statute § 169.222 makes it illegal to block a bicycle lane or interfere with the flow of bicycle traffic. Doesn't matter if any are present or not.
You will notice that is a STATE law. Not a federal one. I am curious how there can be bicycle traffic if no bicycles are present.
But the funny thing is. You posted something without reading it. Minnesota state Statute § 169.222 says nothing about blocking bicycle lanes. It specifically deals with people operating bicycles and what they must do.
Yes, they are under the 4th Amendment. It is clear and settled law. They have to right to enforce traffic laws when it is part of their other duties. That is why they can initiate a traffic stop on an illegal driving a car for example. They can also do it to assholes, like Good, who are interfering with their law enforcement operations.
You really didn't read the article you linked to, did you? ICE is not authorized to do traffic stops.
Which was the case with Good. She was interfering with ICE law enforcement operations.
They were able to drive around her. Blowing whistles is not interfering and is protected under the first amendment. That is why one of the lawsuits is about the violation of civil rights.

You simply keep ignoring the facts and repeating the same thing over and over.

:ROFLMAO:
You're killin' it, evince. People are really really afraid of your potty-mouthed drivel.

You care nothing for honesty & decency, evince. I can get you to lie on cue, like a puppet on a string.
How many times did you correctly assess the facts to be able to see what would happen next?

Never

I told people here that Bush was lying us to war in Iraq

Then it was proven

I told people here that Republican economic theory was crashing the economy

Then it was proven

I can go on

She wasn't parked there all day, Dick. FYI cars have the ability to move

Look at the video I just sahred of her honking her horn like an idiot, 10x in a row. Her car is parked across the centerline.
Why can't you give us a still picture of that happening? It does not occur in the video you wanted me to look at.
This is simple for someone as "smart" as you. You only need to stop the video and take a screen shot and then post the screen shot here.

Your inability to do that simple thing shows you are either stupid or lying.

If you are unable to present the still, at least tell us the time stamp where you think she is blocking both lanes of traffic.

I think it’s both

Unlike @Jarod - you are a lawyer. You know full well 18 U.S.C. § 111

Good was subject to arrest for her actions in interfering with law enforcement in the commission of their sworn duty.

You really didn't read the article you linked to, did you? ICE is not authorized to do traffic stops.

What does that have to do with Good violating 18 U.S.C. § 111 ?

They were able to drive around her. Blowing whistles is not interfering and is protected under the first amendment. That is why one of the lawsuits is about the violation of civil rights.

While not true, it is not relevant. Good made the choice to assault police in the performance of their sworn duty. Then, instead of submitting to a lawful arrest and hoping for a corrupt Obama judge to release her, she attempted to flee and engaged in assault with a deadly weapon against the police in her bid to escape.

It was that assault with intent to kill as she fled that justifies the federal agent shooting his assailant to protect his own life and the lives of his fellow officers of the law.

You simply keep ignoring the facts and repeating the same thing over and over.

You don't present facts, Counselor. You paint a fantasy to try and justify the actions of the Insurrection. Good fought the law, and the law won.

And it didnt warrant the death penalty

I strongly urge you to try and run over Oakland Police Officers to test your theory on whether her actions were likely to get her shot.

Actually I don't - I wouldn't want you to endanger the police. But you would get the point with 30 or 40 9mm rounds going through your worthless carcass.

And there it is. They will have to testify what exactly they were doing that was within their actual duties.
Then they will have to testify why they couldn't use the open lane and drive past her to perform those duties.
Because people were blowing whistles is NOT a reason to stop. Because people were honking horns is not a reason to stop.
What does that have to do with Good violating 18 U.S.C. § 111 ?
How was she interfering? She was only blocking one lane of traffic. They were not actively pursuing anyone at the time. They were free to drive in the open lane just as they are free to do so if an Amazon driver was double parked making a deliver.

Now you are claiming things that not only are not true, they are ludicrous to claim.
The officer violated several things he was supposed to be trained to not do.
1. Don't stand in front of a vehicle.
2. Don't shoot someone fleeing in a vehicle
3. Don't try to arrest someone by violating their first amendment rights
4. Don't be a traffic cop

You don't present facts, Counselor. You paint a fantasy to try and justify the actions of the Insurrection. Good fought the law, and the law won.
It is you that is presenting a fantasy by claiming Good was trying to kill the officers.

...

Which was the case with Good. She was interfering with ICE law enforcement operations.
That is simply not true or factually accurate.

Simply being in a vicinity, such as protesting in a public or private square requiring people to walk around you is not 'obstructing Ice enforcement' if they are are forced to merely go around you when they have ample space to do so.

Ice would have no need to act as 'city cop' to clear you from the town or private square while going past to do their law enforcement actions. And in fact they would have no legal justification to do so.

Just because a person may be in violation of a minor pedestrian or traffic law does not suddenly grant ICE local powers of enforcements and if they just assume those powers and then end up killing someone they are in the wrong.

And there it is. They will have to testify what exactly they were doing that was within their actual duties.

They already have. They were serving a removal order on an illegal alien. Your Insurrection serves the Cartels and and aids human trafficking through organized acts to impede, impugn, and interfere with law enforcement as they conduct their sworn duties.

Then they will have to testify why they couldn't use the open lane and drive past her to perform those duties.

Why would they have to do that? She blocked the road to impede their lawful duty, she was subject to arrest.

Engaging in insurrection against the United States does not render one immune to all laws as you seem to believe.

Because people were blowing whistles is NOT a reason to stop. Because people were honking horns is not a reason to stop.

Using air horns is assault and has been successfully prosecuted as such.

But of course Insurrectionist Good used her vehicle to block oncoming traffic in order to assault the agents.

Don't try to run over the police. It's assault with a deadly weapon. They can and will respond with deadly force.

Even if you desperately want an open border and human trafficking to resume.

If you are arrested, don't try to kill the arresting office.

Even if you desperately want an open border and human trafficking to resume.

How did she interfere? She did NOT block the entire road. They were free to drive past her.

One lane of traffic was open. They were not prevented from driving past her. How were they impeded?
Engaging in insurrection against the United States does not render one immune to all laws as you seem to believe.
Protected first amendment activity is not insurrection.
Using air horns is assault and has been successfully prosecuted as such.
ROFLMAO. There were no air horns. Making shit up only proves you are delusional.
But of course Insurrectionist Good used her vehicle to block oncoming traffic in order to assault the agents.
No. You don't seem to understand this was a one way street and she was only blocking one of the two lanes.
Don't try to run over the police. It's assault with a deadly weapon. They can and will respond with deadly force.

Even if you desperately want an open border and human trafficking to resume.
I see. You can't argue the facts of the case so now you are resorting to spewing cult delusions.
If you are arrested, don't try to kill the arresting office.
She wasn't arrested.
Even if you desperately want an open border and human trafficking to resume.
Cult delusions on your part are not facts accepted by a court.

Stupidity is no defence, Li'l dick.

She was blocking more than just one driving lane when she was honking her horn. She moved her car before the interactions from just before she was shot for being stupid.
Protected first amendment activity is not insurrection.
I can't wait to see a video of you "exercising your first amendment rights" lol.

Right. I asked you to provide a picture proving your claim. You still haven't done that. Tell us the time in the video when you think that occurs and I will gladly pull a still and prove you are wrong. The fact that you can't tell us where that occurred after claiming it did occur shouts volumes.

She wasn't blocking the road because Ross drove past her before stopping to confront her. Eleven other vehicles drove past her during that time period.
I can't wait to see a video of you "exercising your first amendment rights" lol.
Maybe if you don't watch RW news you will see me this afternoon exercising my first amendment rights along with millions of others.
