Renee Good's family sues Trump administration over fatal Minneapolis shooting

One wonders why these far left loons embrace criminality.
...
The highest form of embracing law and order is demanding that all law enforcement and gov't officials follow the laws and order.

Why do the far right loons embrace gov't criminality by just saying 'if they just followed orders this would not have happened' while not asking if the law enforcement had the right or law behind them to make that demand?

One wonders why these far left loons embrace criminality.

Could it be that they don’t care if some lunatic tries to run over an ICE agent as long as the lunatic is one of theirs?

Those on the right don’t try to prevent lawfully authorized ICE agents from doing their duty, as authorized by Congress.

Those on the right don’t prefer open borders, sanctuary cities, and illegals getting social services and voting.

You keep lying about this situation. She was not trying to run over the ICE agent.

And after J6, MAGA doesn't have a leg to stand on in terms of not "embracing ciminality."

Just proving I can read. TA claimed they were authorized to make traffic stops and then provided a source that says they are not authorized to do so.
@T. A. Gardner consistently posts articles (+90%) that he thinks make his point but actually say the exact opposite of what he represents them as.

He either cannot read nor comprehend what he reads or is just being dishonest thinking no one will take the time to read it and thus he can lie and pretend it substantiates his point, when it does not.

@FastLane also used to do it a lot and got embarrassed over and over when called out on it.

SOOOOOO much criminality.

They:
  1. support the incitement of riots
  2. support violent riots, arson, looting, and assaults
  3. let violent criminals out of jail "because of covid"
  4. refuse to prosecute violent crimes
  5. reduce sentences for violent crime, or change threshholds to recategorize violent actions as lower offences
  6. laugh at severed head effigies
  7. cheer the deaths of people like Kirk
  8. protect criminal illegal immigrants
  9. protect fraudsters
  10. cheer on bogus investigations/political witch hunts...
  11. support the IRGC, Hamas, and mules with hundreds of kilograms of drugs in boats, etc
The only thing that leftists want anyone to be prosecuted for is "being conservative". They're really over the edge now, if you think about it.

That is simply not true or factually accurate.

Simply being in a vicinity, such as protesting in a public or private square requiring people to walk around you is not 'obstructing Ice enforcement' if they are are forced to merely go around you when they have ample space to do so.

Ice would have no need to act as 'city cop' to clear you from the town or private square while going past to do their law enforcement actions. And in fact they would have no legal justification to do so.

Just because a person may be in violation of a minor pedestrian or traffic law does not suddenly grant ICE local powers of enforcements and if they just assume those powers and then end up killing someone they are in the wrong.
She interfered.

She and her partner were causing the ICE agents to stop what they were doing and deal with the pair instead. Standing on the sidewalk and protesting loudly would have been fine. But they chose to block traffic--and it doesn't matter if that was in whole or part--and then get at least 4 agents engaging with them.

Good caused the situation 100%. It is totally her fault for initiating the illegal actions she did that resulted in that shooting.

You are wrong but simply too delusional and stubborn to admit it.

Here it is:

Former Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan was convicted of felony obstruction for helping an undocumented immigrant evade U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents. [1, 2, 3]

Key Details of the Case
  • The Incident: On April 18, 2025, Judge Hannah Dugan helped 31-year-old Eduardo Flores-Ruiz—an undocumented immigrant from Mexico facing battery charges—and his lawyer leave her courtroom through a private/back door to avoid plainclothes ICE agents. [1, 2, 3]
  • The Charges and Trial:
    • Federal prosecutors charged Dugan with felony obstruction and a misdemeanor count of concealing an individual to prevent arrest.
    • In December 2025, a federal jury found her guilty of felony obstruction and acquitted her of the misdemeanor concealment charge.
  • The Sentence: In June/July 2026, U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman sentenced Dugan to no prison time, instead ordering her to pay a $5,000 fine.
  • Aftermath: Flores-Ruiz was later caught following a foot chase outside the courthouse and was deported. Dugan was suspended by the state supreme court, and post-trial motions to toss her conviction were denied.
Well she did get a small fine.

The situation did NOT require deadly force. The idea that any action by the officer was justified for such small infractions is ludicrous.

And called hostages, and honored at Trump rallies, and pardoned.

Did I say anything incorrect there, Earl?
Hostages is hyperbolic. They were, however, well at least a good number of them, illegally held without bail or release from pre-trail holding. Many were prosecuted where the prosecution withheld evidence that was damaging to their case. Buffalo man, whatever his name is, is an example of that. Once all the surveillance footage was released, his charges and conviction were overturned, as but one high profile example.

So, yes, you did same something incorrect there in that you made it out that Trump was wrong in taking those actions without exception.

You are the one who's lying. She DID hit an ICE agent with her car, so you can only SPECULATE as to whether or not that was intentional.

However, in order for the shooting to be legal, the officer just has to actually believe that he is being attacked with deadly force, and a vehicle being driven towards him is exactly that.

Your speculation is completely meaningless, while the ICE agents rational determination of an imminent threat is a 100% solid legal defence.

The moral of the story is: Don't commit serious crimes and then accelerate your car towards a LEO. It's pretty basic, but you have to remind any leftards that you care about of that constantly.
And after J6, MAGA doesn't have a leg to stand on in terms of not "embracing ciminality."
After 3 hrs of the "almost entirely peaceful and joyous celebration of dmocracy" Republicsans have no credibility left, but leftards do after 3.5 years of violent BLM riots, supporting assassination attempts, cheering the death of Kirk, letting violent criminals out of jail, etc?

Do you think that "credibility" is something that you pull out of your ass?

It was sufficient that her actions could be interpreted in the second or two that the officer(s) present had to make a judgement call, that she was using her vehicle in a reckless and dangerous manner that could, and did, result in serious bodily harm to those present. All she had to do to avoid that was simply park the vehicle and exit it as instructed. She chose to resist arrest and flee the scene. It cost her her life.
