Renee Good's family sues Trump administration over fatal Minneapolis shooting

I did look at where the car is parked and as I pointed out in time stamped breakdown of the video. At no time in the video was she blocking both lanes of traffic. At this point it seems you are claiming the lane is blocked if she is even an inch into the lane. I circled the dividing line. The white vehicle is in the driving lane and will have no problem passing her.

She legally couldn't be blocking ANY lane of traffic. What you are doing is making a special pleading in the form of a No True Scotsman.

That is, you are in essence saying, Well Good wasn't blocking BOTH lanes of traffic so she really wasn't blocking traffic...

Parking your vehicle across a lane of traffic, illegally, is blocking traffic.

There is the actions of the rioters, even at the time.

That bottom picture was taken a minute or two before Babbitt climbed through the window on the right of it. See the two officers standing there? There's another officer further up the hallway in the background.

Are you telling me that that mob of protesters couldn't have overwhelmed those officers in a heartbeat and continued forward? Because they didn't overwhelm the officers and continue forward. Yes, Babbitt climbed through that window into an empty hallway where there were at least 3 officers present.

Byrd was an incompetent and acted stupidly out of fear--something even he admitted later (the fear part).

And shall i counter with the pictures of police being viciously beat up by the mob?

Do you think the security, fleeing room to room, faced with this mob is able to discern in real time, which actions this mob will take and which ones they will stop at?

Are you saying good Congress security says 'yes we saw or heard thru Comm's that police were beat ferociously just minutes ago but this group is not doing that YET at this time so i will just surrender of the Congress people and hope for the best..."?

In your mind is that how good security acts?

None of that refutes my post.

Is "fear" supposed to be a negative in this case? Are officers not supposed to be afraid of an angry, violent mob?

Do you think the ICE officer had fear in the Good situation?
Officers are trained to handle dangerous and stressful situations. Byrd's actions, his fleeing the scene, shooting without ever attempting to get Babbitt's attention, etc., all show he was reacting emotionally out of fear rather than in the manner a police officer should.

He fucked up.

Yes, the officer had a reason to think his life was at risk. She hit him--intentionally or not--with her vehicle. In that instant, he reacted with deadly force to a situation that clearly could be seen as one involving serious bodily harm.

There was no way for the officers to know what the mob intended. What a poor point that is.

Yet you claim BLM Byrd knew with such certainty that shooting an unarmed woman who posed no threat to him was warranted.

When Byrd summarily executed Babbitt, he actually killed two women. Boyd died due to the panic that ensued when he gunned down the unarmed protester. The crowd never imagined capitol police would start wantonly killing random protesters. Boyd was an idiot and was on meth - but Byrd murdering Babbitt directly led to her death.

ICE aren't the traffic police. How many times do you need to be told this. If they can go around her then they are not being interfered with.

She was no more blocking traffic than a double parked Amazon vehicle.

Which is a traffic offense and ICE are not traffic cops.

You do realize that Ross actually acted worse. Ross created the danger to himself by violating his training. Ross gave no warning before firing. Ross fired at a moving vehicle. Ross fled the scene. Ross and the other agents failed to provide any medical assistance. They also blocked anyone else from giving assistance.

By the time Ross fired he was no longer in danger.

Give it up - there is a mountain of video. You did your best to lie for the insurrection - but you've failed.
Still waiting for the video showing her blocking both lanes. I realize you guys are stupid but at some point even you have to recognize how you have not presented anything closely resembling to what you claim.

Nope, nope, nope, @T. A. Gardner says despite the mob blocking any ability to travel certain paths they had swarmed into in vast numbers, that such obstruction does not matter to those protecting Congress people. despite the guards hearing thru their comm's that police are being viciously beaten and over run that should not matter to those protecting.

They should stand down and recognize no threat in that maga mob according to Terry as they were not forced to act even as the mob refused orders and kept marching right into their secured areas.

Meanwhile Terry says 'forcing ICE to use the outside lane means they are avoiding a minor obstruction in another lane and they cannot be forced to do that. They have the right to confront and and shoot if not obeyed and the lack of obeying is what justifies the shooting'.

Terry argues that as his brain is broken with TDS.

The security guarding Congress people are the ones who had no clear path to avoid advancing mobs refusing orders to stop. They had mob people swarming in from all directions and they had to choose where to hold and defend. ashley chose to defy them and push in to that defended space.

ICE is trained to intimidate and scare civilians. They brutalize the people they encounter and ignore the rights of the people they take away from their homes. They do not operate like our regular police. You write like you are so certain. Prepare for ICE to lose when a jury sees the evidence.

Prove that. Show us where they are "trained" to do any of that.

Illegal aliens have ZERO right to be in the US. They should be deported, every last one. Their "home" is in whatever country they are a citizen of and that isn't the United States.

Wrong, Nordy.

They are arresting the worst of the worst (first) and deporting them.

Real Americans want these gang bangers and child rapists and murderers gone from their neighborhoods.

Are you a real American, Nordy or just another far left loon who wants their votes?

Stupidity is no defence, Li'l dick.

She was blocking more than just one driving lane when she was honking her horn. She moved her car before the interactions from just before she was shot for being stupid.

I can't wait to see a video of you "exercising your first amendment rights" lol.
Almost right. She was shot for disrespecting a hothead agent, a mistake she probably wouldn’t repeat if she had the chance.

Li'l dick: The video that I posted was in a reply to one of your stupid posts. If you didn't see it, it's your own fault.

The video shows her car parked fully blocking one lane, and partly blocking the second lane, while she is honking her horn like an idiot. It's right at the beginning of the video ffs, moron.
The purpose was to block a truck. It couldn't get by the blockade she created.
