The judge who signed the warrant to raid Rep. Ilhan Omar's DC home is a Hillary Clinton donor who clerked for an Obama appointee. That fact alone demolishes the left's claim that this is some Trump-orchestrated political hit job.

Mike Davis argues the opposite is true: the evidence against Omar must be so overwhelming that even a judge with deep leftist ties couldn't refuse to sign off. The Fourth Amendment requires probable cause of at least one federal crime inside that home, and U.S. Magistrate Judge Matthew Sharbaugh — appointed by a bench dominated by Obama and Biden picks — found it was there.

Omar's allies in Congress, including Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Jamie Raskin, and Rashida Tlaib, cried political revenge. But Davis says the simplest explanation is the most damning one for Democrats: a federal indictment may be coming before Christmas, and the evidence trail appears to reach well beyond Omar alone.

  • How He Took Office: Magistrate judges are not appointed by presidents or confirmed by the Senate; instead, they are appointed to an eight-year term by a majority vote of the active district judges within that specific district court.
DC judges are not MAGA so there must have been a compelling reason to raid Omar’s DC home, a few weeks before the election.


If her naturalization was fraudulently obtained, she will be denaturalized and deported.

Why would anyone want a person who is naturalized fraudulently to remain in our country?

BREAKING.............it has come to our attention that Ilhan Omar is actually 1 half of a Siamese twin! She has been keeping the OTHER HEAD under wraps! Quite literally! Yep,......that's what the beanie has been about this whole time. She's hiding her other HEAD under there! And from all accounts the unseen head is one ooooooooogly biotch! A big mouth too,....always bitching. Also hearing that they actually fight A LOT! About everything! Everything from what food they eat to who Ilhan happens to be banging at any given moment. The other Head seems to harbor a lot of resentment towards Jews,........she doesn't like the boyfriend AT ALL and she absolutely cant stand Matzah! o_O o_O
 
This is why they are considering TWO counts of immigration fraud. No,...two heads are NOT better than one. Least not in this case.
 
She is a member of the US Congress and a federal judge (a liberal one) has authorized a search of her home and confiscation of her passport (Pobre says they did not confiscate her passport but he is not too bright or informed) her cell phone, and computers, and documents.

She is innocent of any charges. I read that they are investigating her father's claims. Omar became a citizen long ago, legally. This is a smear campaign relying on innuendo.Odd that they did this 3 weeks before the election. That is not done normally in America.

U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro revealed Tuesday that her office is investigating Rep. Ilhan Omar's financial disclosures, opening a new chapter in the controversy surrounding the Minnesota Democrat's previously reported multimillion-dollar assets.

Speaking on Fox News' "America Reports," Pirro said her office was examining Omar's financial disclosures, which previously showed that the reported value of businesses tied to her husband, Tim Mynett, had surged from as much as $51,000 in 2023 to as much as $30 million in 2024.

The latest development comes one day after federal agents searched Omar's Washington, D.C., home as part of an ongoing criminal investigation involving her immigration paperwork, two sources familiar with the probe told Fox News Digital.

It appears that she became a naturalized citizen illegally, Nordy.

We will have to await a possible Grand Jury indictment and trial before we see the evidence.

You have no clue as to her actual innocence or guilt.
