18 U.S.C. § 1542 (False Statement in Application)

- Prohibits making any false statement in a passport application, using a passport obtained via false statements, or using a passport with an assumed/false name to hide criminal behavior

The 10-year statute of limitations on passport fraud is reset every time the individual renews their passport if the underlying application records, such as a Social Security Number, were obtained through fraud.

For example, the suspect lied about the true date and place of their birth to obtain a social security number.

tic tic tic tic............I must say,.......I am REALLY enjoying this whole thing. And yes,...its a GREAT thing that Ilhan is going down but its not even the best part of the story. The best part is how it will lead to many others being brought down along with they're corrupt groups and organizations. Boy I'll tell you,... one of the best things Trump EVER did was shutting down USAID and cutting off that money pipeline because it FORCED the cockroaches to come slithering out of they're hidey holes to claw for they're lifeblood " MONEY". Reminds me of when I was a kid going fishing. Want more worms than you can shake a stick at? Just pour a little gas over a known worm/nightcrawler patch and come back a half an hour later. You wont even need a shovel. They will be practically JUMPING out of the ground right to you....:)
