Does voter fraud exist, yes, so spare us all so and so did this, does voter fraud exist to the extent it actually effected the outcome of an election, no, in fact voter fraud is rare, and that can be substantiated

The innuendos are dumb, if you break the law by stealing something you have something, if you break the law by voting illegally, you get a sticker,
