Even if solar panels got close to as hot as a stove, they would simply burn the occasional animal slightly. I haven't looked it up, but I will confidently say they don't get near that hot anyway. The real question is why Trump thinks animals would fry from quickly contacting something hot anyway. Is he so dumb that the idea of quickly removing a body part from something hot doesn't occur to him? That his hand would fry if he touched a stove?
