"Impersonating another voter is a very serious crime"

Not if they didn't take a ballot and attempt to vote.
Dude the election security is so tight and good that you do not have to take the ballot and attempt to vote and merely doing what they did breaks the law and gets you caught.

You are making the case for how secure it is, without realizing it. :ROFLMAO:

WHATABOUT OTHER CRIMES!!!

Another example of, sure Trump is a criminal but what about....

So them getting caught is evidence the system failed? 🤣
“Caught”? LMAO. They filmed themselves, published the footage, and identified themselves publicly. They were “caught” the same way white-hat hackers are “caught”—by exposing their own work.

Some real Sherlock Holmes detective work there.

Can you ever manage to sound like something other than a complete idiot?

They broke the law. Why does arresting them bother you?

Conservative Trump-loving activists O’Keefe, Higby charged with unlawful voting in Minnesota

Conservative activists James O’Keefe and Cam Higby were charged Wednesday with unlawful voting and identity theft after a Minnesota prosecutor said they gave false names to poll workers during the state’s primary election. The men recorded the exchanges for a video to expose what they say are vulnerabilities in the state’s voting laws.

Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty announced the felony charges at a news conference. She said O’Keefe, 42, of West Palm Beach, Florida, and Higby, 26, of Covington, Washington, wore costumes and used the names of registered state voters while starting the “vouching” process in the Aug. 11 primary.

“Impersonating another voter is a very serious crime,” former Justice Department official David Becker said.

The hypocrite defending massive election fraud in Alaska whining about a media stunt that exposes loose polls.

Demopocrisy is the most extreme form of hypocrisy possible.

Why does me laughing at a ridiculous notion that they were “caught” bother you?

The entire point of the operation was to draw attention to vulnerabilities in the voting system. They filmed it, published it, and identified themselves.

And got arrested for their crime.

They didn't "get caught," did they Comrade? They exposed themselves to finish their investigative report uncovering the ease of defrauding elections in Minnesota.

No one "caught them." Your party simply decided AFTER they had egg on their face, to try and prosecute.

Who knows, maybe you can get a Somali judge and an all Somali jury to "convict" them? You communists LOVE to kick the 1st Amendment in the balls, after all.

"But, they could have gotten away with it if they tried harder!" is not a convincing argument.

They uncovered as part of the report. They never intended to vote. No legitimate prosecutor will run with this, no honest jury would convict.

They exposed you, and your pissed. That's all there is to this.

sure if you ignore facts and lie you can think that...

1. Poll workers detected suspicious behaviour.

AP reports that Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty said polling workers noticed unusual behaviour and reported it to election officials.

2. Election officials referred the matter to police.

According to Moriarty, election officials subsequently requested a police investigation. This is particularly important because it establishes an official detection-and-reporting process independent of the activists' public video.

3. The activists' own organization corroborated the suspicion.

O'Keefe Media Group acknowledged that some election workers became suspicious, challenged the activists' conduct, and communicated concerns over their radios.
