The question becomes “Will O’Keefe and Higby take a plea deal or will they fight this in court and risk becoming the girlfriends of hardened criminals?” :unsure:

Any bets that Higby, who is almost half O’Keefe’s age, rolls on him for a deal? O’Keefe is the bigger fish. Prosecutors don’t have to take plea deals. If Higby becomes their star witness against O’Keefe, Higby can walk with a reduced charge and O’Keefe gets to watch the next few elections from prison as the Boy Toy of a prison gang.

The maximum penalty for their crimes is 5 years in prison and a $10K fine….on each of the two counts.

I encourage to test your theory when you to go vote on Tuesday and present yourself to election officials under the name of another registered voter.

You could tell them you were just kidding around when the handcuffs are slapped on you.

They do it all the time. The idea is you will plead guilty to something eventually because it's cheaper than hiring a lawyer to fight the bullshit they are charging and going to trial and taking chances with a Clancy jury. They charge you then let you sweat a few months.

People plead guilty to things they didn't do all the time when the cockroaches use these tactics. Then they chalk it up as a conviction to bolster their rate at the next election.
