The only person that can vouch for another at a poll is someone that is a registered voter in that precinct.
In order to vouch they stole the identity of a registered voter. That is identity theft.
They went to multiple polling places and claimed to be registered voters in each precinct. They are lucky that aren't being charged with a separate crime for each time they stole an identity since they stole multiple identities.

Cat lady, MN has same day registration and if someone else touches for that person, they can make up any name and address they want and they can then cast a ballot.
That's interesting. If they were offered ballots then they clearly committed a crime by registering under a false name. No one is offered a ballot until they are registered and signed in. Registering at the polls in MN requires a 3 part process to get a ballot. First you have to go to the registration table and register. Then you go to the sign in table and sign in. At that table you are handed a sign in slip that you then take to the ballot table to exchange for a ballot. O'Keefe isn't so stupid as to claim they actually registered to vote since that would admit he committed a crime.
It seems you are the one that is stupid. The police investigated based on the poll workers reporting the suspicious activity. Only after the investigation which showed a crime was committed was there an indictment.
