"Impersonating another voter is a very serious crime"

Cat lady, MN has same day registration and if someone else touches for that person, they can make up any name and address they want and they can then cast a ballot.
Except you miss out on a couple things. No one can "touch" for anyone else.

But if you meant vouch, that isn't quite true either. The only person that can vouch for an unregistered voter is a registered voter in that precinct. They do so under penalty of perjury. Someone vouching who is not registered would not be accepted at the poll. Then while the person that registers at the poll would be allowed to vote, their registration would be followed up on in the normal fashion. Lying while registering would be found out and the person vouching would be subject to criminal prosecution along with the newly registered voter.

Vouched for other people in full burka who hid their face.
In other words, they lied.
What they did was expose the massive fraud perpetrated by the democrat party in Minnesota with "vouch for up to 8 people." What you Communists are doing is attacking freedom of the press and the 1st Amendment - yet again.
They exposed nothing. They still have to be screened.
Mens rea, comrade.
Fascist.

You correct. Autocorrect changed it.
Now, one registered voter can vouch for eight people. They then cast their ballots. They are counted. The registration followup is a joke. The ballots are counted and the election is over.

Dog faced lady, no they can't.
Lionfish kind of misses that they can't make up any address since the address they give has to actually exist and be in the precinct they are voting in. There is a searchable database on the Sec of State website that will check addresses. This database is accessible to poll workers. An address that is not real would show up for them.

The person who vouches has to be a registered voter. If they illegally vouch they will lose their ability to vote in future elections.

One person can vouch for 8 people and in all of MN history there has never been an instance of one person falsely vouching for eight people. There have been instances of people registering when they are not eligible. The most famous is a strip club in a small town that got strippers to register to vote to try to prevent the city from changing zoning to close them. The sheer number of votes required to change a statewide election would make it unlikely to affect any election.

Bullshit.

Claim you are homeless and you give an address of where you sleep.
Get caught up on MN voter laws and get back to us.

If you are homeless, or do not have a stable address, you can register to vote using the location of where you sleep as your address. You may need to go to the polling place with someone (see details below) who can confirm where you are living.

When you register to vote, you must provide your current residence. This is the place where you sleep, so if you sleep in a shelter, at a friend's house, or outside somewhere, that is your voting residence.

"If you sleep outside, write a description of its location on line four of your voter registration application. For example, "In the NW corner of Jefferson Park near the intersection of Winston Ave. and Smith St."

Read more about your options for voting when you are experiencing homelessness.
