"Impersonating another voter is a very serious crime"

Both the registered voter and the person they are vouching for have to sign an oath. The majority of people are honest and don't commit crimes. The same can't be said is true of Trump or O'Keefe since both have committed crimes. If you want to get 800 illegal votes you need to find 100 registered voters to vouch for those people.

And you completely ignored the bolded part I posted which shows they both have to sign an oath. Then you ignore the fact that the person still have to present ID or their SS #. It's just the ID doesn't have to have their current address on it which is why they are being vouched for.
You are tripping over your own dick.
Again, we agree on the laws as they are written, including that one certified, registered voter can vouch for up to eight people who list a city park as their residence and are allowed to vote.
Don't give us the "it's breaking the law" shit. So is murder.

Everything else is superfluous to this thread.

The far greater threat to election integrity is mail-in ballots, ranked-choice voting, and ballot harvesting.
How do I know that?
Because every democrat agrees with that practice.

You would have to round up 100 people willing to risk a felony perjury charge...
And you would also need photo ID or social security numbers for those 800 "fraudulent" voters proving they are registered to vote in Minnesota.

After somehow avoiding detection, that massive crime spree only netted you 800 votes at best

MAGA morons just mindlessly believe whatever FOX tells them, and never apply any independent thinking or logic themselves.

Don't give us the 'It's illegal so it must be happening" shit. You need actual evidence of it happening. Vouching for persons who are same day registering for the first time is less than 0.15% of the total voters.

About Vouching

Minnesota law has allowed for vouching for more than 50 years. However, use of the process is very rare. In the 2024 general election, less than 0.6% of votes cast used this process. Around 71% of those voters were already registered to vote but needed to update their name or address in their voter record.

Vouching can only be used to provide proof of a potential voter’s residence in the precinct. The potential voter must still provide their Minnesota driver’s license or ID card number or the last four digits of their social security number for identity verification. Vouching is commonly used in senior living facilities by residents who have not updated their driver’s licenses to reflect their current residence. It is also used in cases where an eligible voter has recently moved to a new address and lacks identification indicating the new address.

Interesting. I guess we can all see that you are not basing your arguments on any actual facts but solely on a genetic fallacy.

Then your Gestapo prosecutor has no case and is just pulling a political stunt.
The law only says you need to attempt it. By attempting to register using a stolen identity the law was broken. Does someone commit a crime if they go into a bank and attempt to rob it but walk out with no money?
Then the lawfare against him is politically motivated with no basis in law.
It is very much based in the law.
But we all knew this
We all know you are in a cult.

I can explain it to you.
I can give you the written law.
I just can't understand it for you.

If you don't have a physical ID you have to provide the last four digits of your SS#. Are you identified by your SS#? I have often had to provide those last four digits as identification to prove who I am.
Only to companies with financial interest in you doing so. Dems have financial interest in you not doing so.
