You don't do your credibility any favors by instantly equating criticism of Israel with hatred for Jews. You also need to open your eyes and realize that Israel has always treated the US as an enemy. Where do you think Israel stands on the US State Department's Foreign Intelligence Service threat list? Hint: Israel is not an ally. At no time in history has Israel ever come to US' assistance on anything except the defense of Israel.
Israel spies on the US better than most of the top names in espionage, mostly because Team Israel facilitates it, because being "saved" and being "blessed" is more important than national security and national sovereignty. It's Team Israel's extreme hypocrisy that allows Israel, the world's single biggest purveyor of terrorism and international assassinations, to have hundreds of illicit nukes, while nonetheless bombing Iran, who doesn't have any and who has no capability to make any, just because Israel command's it, and Team Israel wants to be "blessed" and go to heaven, even if it means selling out We the People and subverting the US to the will of a foreign country.
I don't understand why you can't see that it doesn't help Republicans to go down this road.

It doesn't help their cause by throwing around the word "antisemitic". It cheapens the word.

Technically, the Israelis are the most antisemitic people on the planet. The Israelis aren't Semites; they are eastern Europeans (Caucasians). The Arabs that the Israelis HATE are all Semites.
No. It is simply a logical fallacy. It would be the same if someone treated criticism of Poland as "anti-Catholic".
They are oblivious to that fact. Or maybe they're willfully ignorant.
