If Alaska goes blue…

Searched out 17 men with similar names. Only this one agreed to be party to their fraud scheme. Schumer and Peltola searched far and wide to rig the election.

Townhall - the most legitimate source of news and information - published this several months ago - but the NY Times FINALLY picked up on the storey and blew it wide open. Now Peltola faces federal criminal charges under the Klan Act.
You went for months without being 'outraged' at the Alaska ballot right up until the exact second FOX and NEWSMAX ordered you to blow your top.

Alaska Town Reckons With ‘Decoy Dan’ Election Fallout: ‘Now It Is Serious’

PETERSBURG, Alaska—For months, the tale of “Decoy Dan”—a local retired teacher running against a U.S. senator who shares his name—drew chuckles and eye rolls across this remote fishing village ringed by mountains.

Then, last week, Dan J. Sullivan Jr. was spotted catching a flight out of the tiny local airport. Next came the FBI agents knocking on front doors.

“Now it is serious,” said Susan Burrell, owner of The 420, a marijuana shop on North Nordic Drive, Petersburg’s main drag.

I don’t know why I keep explaining this to you…pity, perhaps.

The governor of Alaska, by law, has to send the certification of the winner of the Senatorial election to the US Senate. If he believes there is fraud, he won’t.

I’ll leave some of the other conservatives to tutor you.
Ya but you are wrong on this topic.

It is the Lieutenant Governor whose certification matters in Alaska. The governor is ceremonial or ministerial and if the governor was to refuse then it still goes to the Senate to decide if they will accept it just signed by the Lieutenant Governor as only his signature is necessary

. Ultimate Authority Lies with the U.S. Senate

Even if state officials attempt to delay or alter the certification, the ultimate authority to decide who sits in Congress belongs to the federal legislative branch. Under Article I, Section 5 of the U.S. Constitution, the United States Senate is the ultimate judge of the elections, returns, and qualifications of its own members. If Alaska's Governor refuses to certify a winner, or if a certified winner is challenged, the U.S. Senate itself reviews the evidence and makes the final determination on whether to seat the candidate.

If he refuses its VERY likely the Courts will rule the duty was simply ministerial and override it proclaiming the Democrat the winner, much more so than if it were a certification.
@Earl is a magat which means he will speak with authority as is he knows what he is talking about while not having an actual clue how things work.

The governors signature on it is basically decorative and nothing more. A courtesy to let him sign and acknowledge his states new Senator. Nothing more. Once the Lieutenant governor signs off the process is done and if there is any legit dispute that can be argued it goes to the Senate who will review it and decide.

The far left Democrats searched out a man with the same name to run, Creep, to confuse voters. It’s election fraud.
No laws broken. It has been done in the past regularly. It was normal in Boston politics, Other examples are 2003 John C.Liu was faced with Jay. C. liu.

This is the stupidest thing I've read over the past month. You're saying that the Senate determines who represents the States, and that the States don't determine who represents them.

Stupid.

Stupid.

Section. 3.
The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, chosen by the Legislature thereof, for six Years; and each Senator shall have one Vote.

Under Article I, Section 5 of the U.S. Constitution, the United States Senate is the ultimate judge of the elections, returns, and qualifications of its own members.
Article I, Section 3 determines who those members are in the first place. See above.

If Alaska's Governor refuses to certify a winner, or if a certified winner is challenged, the U.S. Senate itself reviews the evidence and makes the final determination on whether to seat the candidate.
The State legislature has the final say, the first say, and the middle say.

Republicans have done that and other forms of voter confusion tactics a lot so no one should give a shit about their tears here.

Notice @Earl ran away.

It should be Peltola and Schumer that are arrested first. They hatched the conspiracy to deprive American citizens of the right to vote.

The Senate provided a voice to the states. As much as the Marxists hate to admit it, we are a collection of 50 sovereign states united for mutual defense and a common system of justice.

The House gives voice to the will of the people. The Senate was designed to give voice to the will of the many states.

Exactly. Look at the European Union; it is their attempt to replicate the US' success at unifying the sovereign states, except that tyrannical Marxism is all they know. This is why Europe is forever doomed, why NATO is the best they will ever have regarding a common defense, and constant petty bickering is the best they will ever achieve at working together towards a common goal.

The Senate affords the States a forum to bicker and argue ... but to eventually decide as a unified force without infringing on the sovereignty of any of them. The European model is to eradicate the sovereignty of all of them so that they are told what has been decided for them ... for their own good ... with which they will not willingly comply.

The House gives voice to the will of the people.
... except when controlled by Democrats, at which point the House stifles the voice of We the People so that only the DNC can be heard.
