Bullshit. Here in WI (outside of Madison and Milwaukee, anyway), people are out and about and spending their money all the same. Plenty of people are defying our tyrant Governor and either wearing the masks incorrectly or not even bothering with it at all.

Well from my vantage everyone is going somewhere. Of course I can't see the people who never ever do.
I don't think what is asked of us it self quarantine as if we tested pos. You appear to be advocating more stringent than even what CDC
requires of actual ill people. These people simply must stay home 14 days.

I'm good with obeying the law, masking up, social distancing, avoiding crowds and waiting my turn for a vax. I sleep at night,
conscience clean on that score.
