Reality: The only thing awage mandated by BIG GOVERNMENT produces is INFLATION. The min. wage demanded by government will always be an entry level wage regardless of how many time the government sticks it nose up the ass of private business. Why? Just who do you think is going to offset the mandated wage hikes.....the consumer or the retailer who must make a profit to provide the jobs?
Reality: Every time a wage increase is mandated....the business, either service or production will simply raise the price of the product or service provided. Example: In 1963 when the mandated min. wage was around 1 dollar per hour....the cost of a Micky D's big mack was .49 cents.....today after inflation adjustment that same burger cost 4 bucks with the wages coming in around 10.50 an hour....do the math....wages will never overtake the government nose up your ass min. wage inflation index. Its a simple matter of math and logic.
Liberals are always chasing their own asses around a maypole......min. wage will never be a living wage for a family. The very topic is a liberal buzz word.....in the hope that their voters will always be stupid enough to take their propaganda as gospel. Its simply a liberal dance to mark time presenting the illusion that something of value is being delivered for the purchase of the STUPID VOTE.
If this reality is not truthful and logical.....any liberal, answer this question. Why do families with an average annual wage of around 40k STILL QUALITY for welfare benefits?
I N F L A T I O N: Reality...…...to offset a mandated min. wage hike the business has but a few options. 1. Increase the cost of the product or service provided. 2. Reduce the number of employees. 3. Increase the number of items sold via technology. Under any circumstance it is the WORKER that actually pays the cost of Big Government interference...not the employer.
C O N S U M E R: See....THE SHAFT.
A lot of times, businesses can't just raise their prices to compensate. Remember, they still have to compete against other businesses outside of the price controls area. They therefore have to cut costs (by cutting staff), or close entirely and relocate or retire.
