Why are so many National Guard ready? Do they think patriots are going to riot? Ridiculous!
I saw that earlier and I'm like..Wtf?!

Not sure what is going on here. If they stop Antifa from burning things, that'd be good.

No, they think the Alt Right is going to attack again... Like they did before.

Having enough people there to stop any attack makes it less likely they will attack.

to make DC safe, build a wall around it, irrespective of the cost.....because it will make us safe........sound vaguely familiar?.....

You want a wall around DC? Are you crazy?

I doubt a wall around DC would make DC safe. There would still be dangers within DC. But, it would definitely be unconstitutional. People should be able to freely travel within the USA.

AND HERE IS THE REAL KICKER:

A wall alone would do nothing. Humans can easily get through any wall. The wall would need a large number of people, maybe National Guard soldiers, to patrol it, or it is worthless.
