I can't speak to the peninsula, but, everything between the Sound and the Cascades, from Blaine to Vancouver (and Vader!) was covered in snow for about ten days, starting on the evening of the 4th.

Quick question... how many data stations were there in the world 50 years ago, 30 years ago and today? How do the 'climatologists' extrapolate the data in areas that are not covered by stations?
