Guess I was wrong above, and your still wrong, the Constitution covers anyone in the United States, we don't separate people based upon some status in life to determine representation, even criminals serving life sentences in maximum security prisons are represented

This isn't about the whole Constitution, it is about Article 1 Section 2. You cannot vote if you are not a citizen. The census sole purpose is for apportionment of the representation within the House of representatives and Electoral college. Because illegals cannot vote, they do not need to be counted.

Perhaps you could comprehend that much if you could extract your head from Obama's asshole?

It is an optional form, they may send out 25million, but they ain't getting 25million back, it is totally up to the individual if they want to continue on and provide the extra information. The short form, last time nine questions, is the actual census form

We aren't talking about the 2010 census you dishonest dumbfuck. We are talking about the 2000 census. And yes 18 million Americans received it and it did contain the question of whether one was a US citizen.

The statement that this question has not been asked since 1950 is therefore, a flat out lie no matter how much you attempt to move those goalposts.

The Census Long Form was sent to only 18 million lucky households–a small sample of the 105.5 million households in the US in 2000.

The FALSE statement was that the census has not asked about citizenship since 1950. That is a lie as evidenced by the 2000 census that contained the question.

I don't care if it was mailed to ONE person, or 18 million. I don't care if only ONE person sent it back. The LIE is that this hasn't been done since 1950. It is really that simple.

Thick as a brick, read Arricle 1, Section 2, and afterwards the follow up in the 14th Amendment

"Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State"

I must have said it umpteen times, conservative really don't understand the Constitution they keep telling us they worship
