Most of them, over 2/3s, have mental issues. They need mental healthcare not prison, but our nation isn't set up for it so prison is all that's left.
The judge may see this and only sentence him to a few years of prison and the rest probation.

An economic model is a logical model but some see goals that are not economically feasible for social, military and political reasons.
I'm willing to listen to any good idea, but, IMO, most Americans can't back up their claims. They're good at sales pitch, less on delivery.
Of course I'm talking about the loud mouthed dummies, not the great silent majority of Americans just seeking to work hard and provide a better life for their families without harming others.
