3, yes 3, percent of Americans believe Trump won the election

Try to focus, Marty.

It’s what the 9 Supreme Court Justices say.

The 6-3 Supreme Court.

Dream on, Earl. Dreams are all you have. The court is less likely to overturn the election than it is to overturn Obamacare and it's not overturning that either.

So, you'd prefer 6 people to decide an election, instead of 150 million.

You guys are such patriots.

It’s 9 people BE.

The state legislature can change voting conditions, not the state courts.

Why does the Supreme Court have to stop the cheating Democrats...in the Bush/Gore election and now, in this election?

Want to wager on how the Supremes rule on this one?

All legal votes must be counted and all illegal votes must not be counted.

Agree?

Only 6 (max) would vote in favor of Trump, if that.

Of course - only legal votes should be counted. And they have been. And Trump lost, in a big way - looks like 306 electoral votes for Biden, and over 5 million more votes in the popular.

A very decisive election. Trump called that # of electoral votes in 2016 a "massive landslide," and that was without the popular vote advantage.

If you mean the Court may rule that late returning votes in Pennsylvania cannot be counted, you could be right, but that won't change anything. The Secretary of State
has reported those votes add up to less than a quarter of Biden's margin. Even if all of them went for Trump it wouldn't matter. Have to say you also have a cynical opinion of The Supreme Court. Evidently, you know very little of the Court's history.

It's a real problem, isn't it. Trump's deliberate loading of the court has already undermined its legitimacy- and it hasn't done anything yet !

If SCOTUS really did overturn the will of the people, they would be completely illegitimate.

I don't support packing the court right now. But if they did that, I would want Democrats to add 50 justices when they are in power.

Well, BE, the Supreme Court is the supreme arbiter...the final arbiter.

Just because you may not like their decision does not make them illegitimate.

Are we clear on that? .
