Show me where the Constitution says, specifically, that it's the responsibility of those of us that aren't a kid's parents to feed him/her because his/her own parents won't do their job.

The article, dumbfuck, is complaining that each state’s eligibility requirements is different and that some allow millionaires in. So now, the party of “states’ rights” wants to take that away from each state and federalize it.

If any kid doesn't eat, it's the fault of the parents that refuse to feed them.

It is NOT the responsibility of the taxpayer's to feed someone else's kids.
