Alaska held elections before mail-in voting. They do not use mail-in voting for elections. They use polling places, just like most everywhere else. Like most everywhere else, they allow absentee voting by mail.
Washington uses mail-in voting. There are no polling places. There is a lot of fraud, for there is less monitoring going on.

And if you believe that he's got a great university you can attend to learn how to get rich quick.
