A mortal blow to Young Earth creationism

It is probably Neaderthals or Homo Denisovans, because I do not think Homo Sapiens were on the Tibetan plateau 226k years ago.

there were humans long before them.by a couple million years

When did humans first appear on Earth?
The first human ancestors appeared between five million and seven million years ago, probably when some apelike creatures in Africa began to walk habitually on two legs. They were flaking crude stone tools by 2.5 million years ago. Then some of them spread from Africa into Asia and Europe after two million years ago.Feb 26, 2002

I know about Australopithecus. I would not call them human (though there were clearly of the genus Hominidae), and there is zero evidence they ranged as far as the Tibetan plateau.

Homo Erectus was in Asia until a few hundred thousand years ago, so they might be a candidate. But genetic studies suggest Homo Denisovans might be related to modern Tibetans, so that was just my educated guess

Religion is not an educated guess.

Hello Dutch Uncle

With notable exceptions such as televangelists.

Like on the Tucker thread, there are those who believe the nonsense, for whatever reason, and there are those who take advantage of the situation to line their own pockets as the televangelists do every Sunday.

You do not know when the story of creation was written down.

There is no scripture describing the Big Bang, other than the scripture of the Church of the Big Bang.

Buzzword fallacy.

You aren't using yours.

Buzzword fallacy.

Non-sequitur fallacy.

The problem with fundies and other conservatives, sadly, is that they insist on everything being black-and-white, and in the infallibility of the Bible (and the Constitution). Change or reinterpretation is anathema.

That's the same problem with all extremists regardless of religion. During the Irish "Troubles" it was Catholics and Protestants killing each other. Buddhists are hostile toward Muslims in Burma and Sri Lanka. Chinese are rounding up people by religion. Lots of assholes in the world.

That is why the philosopher kings never existed, or if they did, they're immediately assassinated.

The clue is in the story of Jesus' crucifixion.
