Sure, but I was responding to someone saying that you must stand there and simply be killed it injured if you initiate a confrontation.

Having a fire arm on you "armed" isn't a threat. Pointing it at someone without reason is a felony. Having it in your hand without pointing it at someone without reason is called brandishing.

If either one of these things are the case than the people with the guns should be charged. But I doubt that is the case. They'd be charged with murder if it was.

Nobody was "threatening that person with weapons" as far as I can see.

The deceased charged a man and grappled with him.

George Zimmerman walked under Barack Obama so why does it matter whose President? Is the President judge and jury in all murder cases in this country?
