True dat. Good point but I don’t think in Zimmermans case he didn’t meet the criteria for prosecution under federal Civil Rights Violation.

So do these two crowned princes qualify and, if so, do you think the Trump administration would pursue such charges against them?

there is no legal statute anywhere that says you have to let yourself be killed with an exception of execution.

None of these laws stipulate that you have to sit there and let yourself be killed or injured.

And you can't threaten someone to make them threaten you back. And then call that self-defense if that's the case then this will be a crime.

To answer my own question it appears unlikely that the could be charged with Federal Civil Rights Violations as the Feds would have the burden of proof that they pursued and confronted the victim solely because he was black.

That's just pure speculation at this point so I have no clue. Based on what we know I don't see how they get off but maybe there's info we're unaware of that could change something, I don't know.

It's hard to think race didn't play a role but it's technically possible these guys were just a*holes and have done this type of thing to others (white people). And to your point that would make it harder to prove.

It happened when President Obama was in office.

It has nothing to do with dump.......it's the racist right wing law enforcement policies, the judicial system and most white americans that support them.

They are directly to blame.

How can you prove that?

The law itself is racist and allows whites to murder on site since Blacks aren't allowed to have guns.

Haven't read the thread yet, but more than one (now recused) prosecutor initially said that the murderers were within their rights to attempt to make a citizen's arrest.

And then the video emerged.
