AI Conscious?

That's pretty sad actually. Lurchies only friend is an AI chatbot,...even to the point of calling it HE. WTF??? :oops: Might be time for Lurch to go see the NICE Doctor that has the couch in his office.

When I speak about my AI (Two actually, Gemini and ChatGpt) I normally refer to IT as "he." Both have personalized formats...and using the "he" often seems natural. To someone like you who hates things that are not in conformity with YOU...I guess that seems strange.

My guess is that Lurch has plenty of friends. I am beginning to doubt YOU do...but, life goes on.

For the record, I often "thank" my AI system...even though when I asked about that, HE suggested that helping me with m question was thanks enough.

By the way, I'm happy to know that you do not confine your hate to just humans.

I am not prejudiced against anyone or anything. I hate everyone equally! Lol

We used to think we were the center of the universe only to be taught otherwise. Our self-centering makes us scared to face the idea that SOMETHING ELSE may be conscious.
