Here's a hint: people who are contemplating mass murder aren't likely to care if the gun they use is obtained by illegal means.

BTW, the Constitution of the United States includes an Amendment that says the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. You want Trump to violate the Constitution?

Ok Einstein how are you going to do that? Make guns illegal? Wow it's already illegal to kill people and shoot up schools. No it's time to keep perps from getting in the schools in the first place. You anti-gun types just don't get it. People will always be able to buy guns no matter how hard you try to stop it.
 
Here's my gun rights proposal.

1. You can buy and keep all the guns you want.

2. All gun owners should be required to watch the autoposy videoes of all gun victims.

3. All gun owners must be required to sign a consent agreement not to shoot children at school yards, or anywhere else, and any other minors in their sights.

There, see how easy that is.
 
Make the gun owner financially liable, and if the seller sold it illegally make the seller financially liable. That, Along with reasonable restrictions, would end this.

Quite a few reasons why such legislation isn't feasible, aren't there?

Quit prying settlements out of auto insurers and make "Runaway Jury" real if you think you can, Brad.
