Another corrupt prosecution case of the PP's thrown out!

Nice bowtie!

"A federal magistrate judge threw out charges against two former F.B.I. intelligence officials accused of lying to Congress on Monday, saying that prosecutors had failed in one of their most basic responsibilities: They had not shown there was any probable cause that crimes had been committed in the first place."

The judge found there was no probable cause to bring the case.

“I am deeply troubled by what has happened in this case,” Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui said during a Monday hearing announcing his dismissal of the case, adding the case was built on assumptions and began at the direction of President Donald Trump.

The case, he added, could not be seen “as anything other than weaponization,” adding that it has been “marketing material for people not to join the FBI.”

This is the kinda shit that NEVER happened with the DOJ.

The Trump DOJ is not a legitimate law enforcement organization, and no charges they bring can be trusted sight unseen.
.
And you have magats like @T. A. Gardner who predict most of these key high profile weaponized prosecutions by Trump DoJ will be win as he predicts most people will settle them and not want to go to court due to the DoJ's overwhelming success rate when cases hit the courts.

Terry does not understand that magats are stupid and incompetent so whereas other DoJ's succeeded at astonishing rates, trump's DoJ can't even secure indictments at a high rate in these weaponized cases.
