Another Thing trump Takes Credit For Turns To Shit

They told us at Vandy that engineering technology has a half life of 6 years. It has to be down to about 2 years now,

Moore's Law states that transistors on a chip double every two years. But just because there are twice as many transistors does not mean it is twice as good. More importantly, Moore's Law is running out. Transistors get too small, and electrons begin slipping from one transistor to another.

He certainly knows when to buy oil for our strategic preserves though.

The oil comes from oil platforms in lieu of royalties. So the government is effectively overpaying for the oil, and worse still paying the wrong companies.

trump is in charge of the only organization that can legally coordinate oil shipments in the USA, and we have suddenly seen the worst coordination in human history. he used the promise that everyone else was going to make concessions to get everyone to make a deal. It turns out that he promised the same capacity to everyone. All things to all people, but actually nothing to everyone.

Then why did you call it second year calc?

This was my post, Walter:

Mo mention of second year calc.

You shouldn’t misquote, Walter.

Ron Mars:

“In all honesty I have to come to walt's defense here ... I'm an engineer and I couldn't answer 1st year calc problems much less calc II.”

He didn’t mention “second year” calc either.

In order for any of this to be true you have some work to do ...

Close your eyes ... click your Birkenstocks together three times ... and repeat "there's no place like liberalland ... there's no place like liberalland ... there's no place like liberalland."

Did it work ... did your fantasies come true ... did your spell turn Trump into a bad deal maker?

Keep trying ... it worked so well for Mueller and his merry band of neoprogs.

Mo mention of second year calc.

You are mistaken about your original post. Your original post on calc was #151, and it included the claim that it was "Second year calc". You could have also pressed the link in the little two arrow icon next to your name in the quote below. That would take you to your post.

Second year calc, Walter.

I hope that helps you remember what you have posted.

Ron never said anything about "second year", you did in post #151 of this thread. It was when you brought up the calc question first. Ron reacted to your statement about "second year calc", by saying he cannot remember even first year calc.

Second year calc, Walter.

I would be upset with you, but I too sometimes forget what I wrote. Don't worry about it. I hope I helped you remember. I am about to get busy for the rest of the day, so will not be able to help you much more until maybe tomorrow.

It should have been second semester or quarter as I did post in later posts.

As I posted, I know of no university that splits calc into two years

Remember your school on Sat, TOP had to remind you that there is no school on Saturday.

So the answer to why you said that was you made a mistake. We all make mistakes, so that is no problem. But you definitely did say it, I did not alter your quote, or say Ron had said it. In business, getting facts right is important, which is something trump does not understand.

When I am working days, and nights, all week long (not just 9 to 5 five days a week) the days run together. I sometimes get my days wrong. We all make mistakes.

Honestly, I really do not know why you stress that one minor mistake so much. I am much more ashamed of when I wrote "two" instead of "too".

So, the answer to why you said that you had to wake your children to go to school on Saturday is, you made a mistake. We all make mistakes.

The reason calc 1 is not taught in two school years is that very few students could remeber what they learned in calc 1 a year later.

We all make mistakes.

For instance, Nazi Bitch RB "retired" right before a market collapse, hoping to live off her investments until she can get early (reduced rate) retirement from Social Security. I do not know how much trouble she had keeping a job, but these days I bet she had tried a little harder.

What RB does is RB’s business.

I don’t draw SS now nor will I ever draw SS.

It’s the worst investment vehicle ever initiated by a left wing president.

I would consider 2.88 to not be between 1 and 2.

gdp's in the ones and twos ... does that make you feel better ... gdp's in the 1.xx and 2.xx range we were told was the new normal.

Say goodbye to those manufacturing jobs ... say goodbye to gdp in the 3.xx range ... say hello to govt spending and regulations that kill business.

I use calculus in weird times, to find the maximum or minimum of desk dimensions for an airport portable desk, or some such weirdness. I haven't done any analog hardware which would use some trig calc in almost 30 years.

What type of engineer are you? Are you in the Army?

Civil Engineering, Old Dominion University, '96 ... I was USAF for 6 yrs ... grew up as a Navy brat ... true Navy Blue at heart.

Trump said he could. He was going to solve the oil problem. He did that as well as he does anything else.https://www.usatoday.com/story/opin...ald-trump-increase-oil-prices-editorials-deba Trump failed at that too.

He said he would get govt out of the way by repealing legislation and restrictions ... he did ... we're now energy independent.

There isn't anything anyone can do about a sharp drop in demand ... Trump never said he could control the price of oil.

He said he could end the OPEC oil price war and he did ... OPEC agreed to reduce production by 10% ... but that doesn't mean anything with low demand.

So you leftys are here trying to take advantage of economic consequences of the coronavirus ... never let a crisis go to waste eh Gonzomin.

Claiming President Trump's energy policies have been a failure just makes you look ill informed ... or you're just here to chuck bs grenades.

Either way that was a very poor post ... btw your link doesn't work.

You don’t know what the president believes or care because you are blinded with hate.

He certainly knows when to buy oil for our strategic preserves though.
LMAO...he paid $50/bbl too much! As for the first part of your nonsense, all you have to do is listen to him, or read his tweets.

Trump is president. I did nothing to create or solve this mess. Demand has dropped below drilling. That is nothing I did and I did not say I could fix it. Daffy Donald did that.
Apparently you see gutting environmental regulations is a success. Some of us have to breathe.

I don’t draw SS now nor will I ever draw SS. It’s the worst investment vehicle ever initiated by a left wing president.

There is an age where you get full benefits whether you work or not, so it would not make sense to refuse. It is refusing free money. I intend to start collecting as late as I can, but I certainly will not turn it down.

It is a fixed benefit pension, so is a very good deal if you live a long time. It is a bad deal if you die before getting benefits. It is nowhere near the worst investment vehicle.

I was USAF for 6 yrs ... grew up as a Navy brat ... true Navy Blue at heart.

President (retired 5 Star General) Eisenhower visited his alma mater, West Point, and was answering questions by the cadets. One cadet asked how Eisenhower felt about his grandson joining the Navy?

Eisenhower answered honestly. He said he had tried desperately to get into the Navy, but they would not take him. He had to settle for the Army. He said he would always have to wonder what he could have accomplished if he had gotten into the Navy.

I think at heart he was "true Navy Blue" too.
