Anti science democrat party and Sarah McBride!

There it is. You said biological gender, not biological sex.
Yes. Biological gender. That is correct.

"This isn't right" is the brain structure that is of different gender.
You asked me to define to what I was referring. I specifically refer to the confusion only because I am not claiming to fully understand the reason for the confusion. It might be your theory that the confusion is caused by the "brain structure" (whatever that is supposed to mean since everything about the brain is neural net structure) and I might even think you are "spot on" but the bottom line is that I don't know so I will delimit my context to the sense of confusion.

No it doesn't. Hormones therapy is simply taking pills.
Yes, it is a therapy that is often a precursor to a sex change operation and often is the entire "procedure" itself.

Actually they are required to have counseling sessions before getting cosmetic surgery. It's not whimsical.
It was you who introduced the concept of "whimisical."

Yes. Biological gender. That is correct.

Biological gender would be in the brain.

MRI scans show different structures.

You keep saying "confusion". Confused about what exactly? Transgender people know exactly what biological sexes they have. No confusion there.

Correct. From what I read, the counseling takes as long as 2 years.

It was you who introduced the concept of "whimisical."

Nope. The claim was that the surgery is done willy nilly.

Let me ask this another way. How would a male know that he has a female brain? I don't see how that can happen.

Perhaps intersex people would help you understand? I don't mean to be condescending but those people have a mixture of both biological sexes.

I don't mean to be insulting but I don't see how that can happen because one sex does not have the understanding of the other sex. Someone may THINK they have the wrong body but how do they KNOW? I suspect outside forces are at work here.

Biological gender would be in the brain.
I understand how you are using those words. While I respect your right to use your words as you see fit, I don't agree with your semantics. One's gender is based on one's biology and is not determined in the brain. Confusion about one's gender occurs in the brain.

MRI scans show different structures.
You have latched onto some misinformation. There is no MRI technology that can distinguish one's perceived gender from a scan. You have been led astray.

You keep saying "confusion". Confused about what exactly?
You'll have to reread my post. I defined that for you and you responded to my definition.

Transgender people know exactly what biological sexes they have. No confusion there.
Again, I agree. The confusion is the perception that one's biological gender is not right, i.e. "This is wrong! I should be a different gender, shouldn't I?"

It isn't semantics. MRI scans tell us a different story.

Nope. You can see the scans for yourself.

How can they be confused when they can see their own genitals?

Again, I agree. The confusion is the perception that one's biological gender is not right, i.e. "This is wrong! I should be a different gender, shouldn't I?"

See my comment above.

Intersex people would be a good example for you to understand.

Expand on that more.

No. It looks to me like you're playing both sides.

Actually I listen to both sides. And I do understand both sides. That isn't playing both sides.

I've had conservatives convince or got me to understand their sides a few times.
