They are allowing their leaders to prevent the police from cooperating. This whole mess could have been avoided if the police had been turning illegal aliens criminals into ICE. The vast majority of these aliens have already had brushes with the law. That is how ICE knows where they are. So if you elect leaders basically refuse to play nice federal law enforcement why should the federal government play nice with you. May if funds are shut down until the city shapes up the mayor and the city council will cooperate with the Federal government like they should,

We are talking about the city fighting Federal law enforcement. For fraud I think we should pause funding while the fraud is investigated. If fraud is found the fraudsters should be arrested because they are stealing money mental for people that need it. The fraud is obvious in many cases and had to have the knowledge of city leaders. I think the Mayor is complicit and he wants Federal LEO out because he is trying to protect Somali illegal aliens and legal Somalis from fraud investigation.
