I didn't. I let Christians determine standard Christian theology, and neither you nor anyone else gets to tell them that they can't. As Christians have determined, standard Christian theology includes the concept of unsaved children not being saved. If you don't agree with those Christians, you always have the option of making a "No True Christian" assertion, ... otherwise they each get just as much of a say as any other Christian.

There is no such thing as 'standard Christian theology'. What are 'unsaved children'?
