Of course he does. The GOP is the party of racists. Racism is how they get their voters out. They can't run on the merits of their policies because their policies have no merits. So they gin up racist, xenophobic, antisemitic hatred instead. In the end, it's a losing strategy.

You couldn't unseat Democratic Senators in four states you need to win in 2020: Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Minnesota. And Sherrod Brown also won in Ohio...Brown is one of the most progressive members of the Senate too.

True, they're just predictions at this point. Predictions based on the recent election results. But those election results definitely portend bad things for the GOP...gerrymandering couldn't save their House majority.
